Slavery is the crime against Busa, or against the Black man and woman, Earthling, Earthling.
AYIBOBO!
Everything that relates—by its own nature, under the impetus of the Self, and toward the Self (our Essence, who we truly are)—is irrefutably indestructible. Nothing else—not even the self acting against itself—can alter this. We are not the product of human will or of any external environment. We descend from Our God—not as a mere product shaped by its surroundings, but as a Whole, a unified mass, bound by Interdependence—a form of immanence. Our Essence is, therefore, Divine and inalienable; in other words, it is Eternal. Everything inherent to our Self is, logically, the Self itself; it is its very continuity.
Just as with Our God—the Benevolent God from whom we derive our Divinity—it is inscribed within our Essence that we are the sole origin of our own actions. This signifies that we are unconditionally independent of anything that is not Us. This speaks to our Transcendence—our inherent quality of being distinct.
Thus, the Proclamation of Independence for Karukera (Guadeloupe) on October 21, 1801—intended to manifest its true, intrinsic Self—is entirely in harmony with our own nature and our Divinity. Ancestral heritage cannot be reduced to anything else; by virtue of its Divinity, it exists solely within itself. The act of proclaiming Karukera’s independence is, in every sense, inviolable and eternal.
HAPPY CELEBRATION, KARUKERA!
AND TO ALL THE PEOPLE OF KARUKERA!
Louis Delgrès, born on April 2, 1766, in Saint-Pierre, Martinique—one of the architects of this monumental undertaking—uttered these words before his death: "There are men who, unfortunately, wield excessive power—owing to their great distance from the authority from which they derive—and who refuse to see Black people, or those of Black descent, as anything other than shackled in slavery"—that is to say, subjected to enslavement. Yes, such people exist among us. And for them, we have a shoe that fits perfectly. In life, it’s a matter of give and take. Following the action that led to the Eternal Independence of Karukera (Guadeloupe), the pro-slavery figure Vice-Admiral Denis, Duke Décrès (1761–1820)—who served as Minister of the Navy in 1801—responded on November 14, 1801, by stating: “I want slaves in the colonies. Freedom is a form of nourishment for which the stomachs of Negroes are not prepared. I believe we must seize every opportunity to restore their natural diet—albeit with the seasonings required by justice and humanity. I believe a substantial force must be sent to Guadeloupe, not to restore it to what it once was, but to shape it into what it ought to be.” Indeed, that force arrived in 1802—around the same time as the force sent to Haiti, though slightly earlier, in May 1802.
In 2011, the French president and pro-slavery advocate Nicolas Sarkozy visited Karukera—which has remained under occupation since May 1802—and declared: “Guadeloupe is French.” We have no objection to that, but this is Karukera, and “slavery is abolished forever.” This aligns with our true Self. Any transgression of our law—what we term a “Theorem,” the meaning of which is derived from our true Self—will lead you before the courts. Is France, then, “Negro”?
The answer is, quite obviously, no. In France—a land on another continent—there are extremist elements who openly reject the presence of non-French people on their territory. They are not alone in this; they demand that these individuals return to their own lands. There is no ambiguity here. The population known as Guadeloupean arrived through the conquest of people—deemed "slaves"—upon a land that was already inhabited, yet seized under that same mindset. On October 21, 1801, Guadeloupe—having reclaimed the name "Karukera" and attained independence—faced the return of France in 1802, once again arriving armed for reconquest, under the pretext that these people were "slaves" who must remain under French domination. France was present in 2011, and it remains present today.
Two points must be understood: how did Europe define a "slave" and a "Negro"? The Age of Enlightenment and Christianity—specifically the Roman Catholic Church, of which France is the "eldest daughter"—provided clear answers to both interconnected questions.
What must be grasped from these answers and historical facts is that a "slave" is a being who does not belong to themselves and is, therefore, destined to be possessed. Possession entails governance—that is, dictating how the individual must behave. Ultimately, this implies that a "slave" exists only within the mind of someone other than themselves. Indeed, what we are witnessing today demonstrates quite clearly that the concept of an autonomous "self" and that of a "slave" are antithetical. And this is, indisputably, the reality that lies before us at this very moment—even as you read these lines. The second of the two points highlighted is the renunciation of the self in favor of another—which is to say, ceasing to be oneself and entrusting oneself to someone other than oneself. No being endowed with the capacity for reflection—provided they are psychologically sound, that is, in possession of themselves—could assert such a foolish notion. Why? Because a Being of this order is present only to itself and, consequently, knows only itself. It is impossible for such a Being to project itself into another "self." It is constituted to live its own existence, which can only be done from within itself—based on what it knows of itself. From the very outset, Being is tautological: it begins with itself and returns to itself. It is, in every respect, a continuation of itself. Thus, Being is the very principle of the act of living one’s own existence.
Even if it were possible for a "self" to depart from itself—through madness, for instance—it could not implicate the "self" of another. Ultimately, nothing justifies—nor can anything justify—the presence of another within the core of a "self" as the source of that self’s conduct; nothing, that is, save for violence—in all its physical and psychological horror. The renunciation of the self is not a valid argument.
To believe otherwise is pure madness.
In the name of all the people of Karukera—and in the name of our Ancestors, the Black men and women of this planet—I, His Majesty the Emperor Weber Tiécoura Dessalines D’Orléans Charles Jean Baptiste, declare, unequivocally, that France is guilty of a CRIME AGAINST BUSA, and that the law shall be applied with the utmost rigor.
The Decree enters into force on Wednesday, October 20, 2026.
On behalf of the Imperial House of Dessalines—the Empire of Ayti, the Eternal Empire of Tóya-Dessalines, the Empire of Gwqmunalité—which the enemy and their cohorts, currently present on Our Imperial Territory, mistakenly believed had been swallowed up forever:
HRH His Majesty Prince Weber Tiécoura Dessalines D’Orléans Charles Jean Baptiste—7th generation descendant of the Imperial Couple, Marie Claire Heureuse Félicité Bonheur and Jean-Jacques Dessalines; 3rd in the lineage of the Emperors of AYITI; Guarantor of the *w¼nité* of the *lakort* (the order of "Us") and of the Tóya-Dessalines Empire; specialist and professor of political science; political theorist—notably of "Blancism"—and theorist of *munalité* (VudUn Existentialism).
