The “True Cannibals” and Their Source of Existence

Even today, the adherents of white supremacy refuse to accept the idea that the Republic of Haiti never existed and that, therefore, they live in a delusion, for two reasons: 1) - the Empire of AYITI is immortal, 2) - it has abolished slavery: “Article 2. Slavery is forever abolished.” They believe that outside of slavery, they are nothing. They therefore placed themselves at the disposal of white supremacy, the unidirectional ones, for the re-edition of October 17, 1806. The white supremacists knew they could count on the Bunda Qmr, who are nothing without them. Dismantling slavery is tantamount to burying them alive. It is fair to ask, in this context, if they are still within the communal sphere. Slavery is necessary for existence and functioning, for both the white supremacists and the Bunda Qmr. Any resistance represents a threat to their lives. La Louperie is their instrument of action. Whatever the resistance fighter is accused of, it is an open invitation to aggression. Their self-interest justifies it. Such is their understanding of things!
What we have just witnessed is the white supremacist modus operandi in the world: seizing the country of others and everything in it, then appointing so-called leaders to act as a smokescreen. You noted well what Napoleon Bonaparte said: “I had to continue to govern through Toussaint.” The governance behind Toussaint L’Ouverture, after the victory of 1791: “The insurgent forces were composed exclusively of Blacks, and not of mulattoes or other free people of color” (...) “The white race,” continues the French governor, “and the class of people of color, and the free Blacks are united; only the slaves are openly in revolt, killing their masters and burning their homes.” “Blanchelande to the Governor of Santo Domingo (n.d.),” AGI, Santo Domingo, 1929, f. 1. Thus, the land of the Ancestors is the land of the Negresses and Negroes. The white supremacist technique, by inventing “Black power,” as he calls it, aims to avoid offending those who, at all times, rise up against slave owners, the agents of horror. Napoleon Bonaparte resorts to Toussaint to thwart In the land of the Ancestors, established under the weight of sacrifices. Toussaint already declared to the Directory, the French government: "I personally guarantee the submission, order, and devotion to France of my Black brothers." The Toussaints are representatives of the slave owners on the ground.
Here we are dealing with people who cultivate the same beliefs as the white people. They fully embrace the role entrusted to them. Sometimes they find themselves face to face with people of the same culture who oppose their assimilation by another. These individuals confront them as if they belonged to the category of people who are against slavery in all its forms. These heads of state or government simply fall victim to the slave owners. The latter begin by attacking the rebellious leaders. They convey a highly negative image of them. Their attacks target their very being. They present them as... These beings are appalling, that is to say, in terms of their nature, their intellect, and their morality. They present them as monsters. They destroy them in this way—and the vocabulary in their thinking must be emphasized—because they cannot exist without their death. Indeed, by discursively plunging them into ignominy, they elevate themselves. We tend to think that only the good can criticize evil. It goes without saying that the slave owners are painting their own self-portrait, since deception is their classic recourse.
The game is very clear to anyone who wants to see. The cynicism of the white supremacists, notorious slave owners, goes even further. To fight the rebels to victory, they believe, they obstruct their function at the international level, where they themselves reign supreme. They block their path by blocking them at the level of all international institutions. These are their institutions, and they built them with the intention of trapping them. The slave owners also aim to detach their enemies from the population, their own. The white supremacists divide their adversaries' house into two camps. They try to plant the idea in people's minds that they will replace them. To worsen the population's dire situation, the slave traders seize the country's funds and hinder its international commercial activities, to which they have full access because they designed them for this very purpose. They act this way to incite the population to rise up against the government, to drive out the rebels in order to seize control of affairs, inevitably at the country's expense. In short, they push people to act against themselves. They hold them captive because the country has become entrenched in the system created by the true cannibals. The system is a trap at every turn, a veritable spider's web. Beware the flies! Let's continue! If that isn't enough, they themselves organize popular uprisings and arm Toussaint L'Ouverture to sow chaos. We repeat, the true cannibals are one-dimensional. They are incapable of renouncing themselves. The work of stripping others of their self is carried out by several layers within the white population. The most active are the politicians and intellectuals using the media. They are the spokespeople for the process of decapitating the very being of individuals and nations. The higher authorities and businesspeople make the decisions; they transmit the message as if it were fact. They never tire. Anyone fortunate enough to listen to media outlets like LCI, TV5 Monde, RFI, France 24, and Radio J—to name only the French media, and specifically these—knows very well what we are talking about. These are people who make you want to die, so comfortable with the horrific suffering of others. What do they gain from it? The simple feeling of being worth more than them—a load of nonsense. End of the practice of true cannibalism
The abolition of slavery entails another thing: the end forever of the practice of true cannibalism. Let's say it again! Slavery is based on the concept of "the slave." This stems from the illusory idea that the singular self is equivalent to the statement “the individual is man and vice versa.” This self is the “master,” and all others are its servants, therefore its “slaves.” Hence, man, the fruit of humankind, is the product of a flawed understanding of reality, and thus of the self, the singular. “The slave” and the “master” are the two constituents of the structure that forms enslavement, or “slavery,” according to the deranged. Man, whiteness in its narrow sense, is the subject of true cannibalism, in action, an act defined by the peak of horror. However, Jean-Jacques Dessalines, son of Agbawaya Toya, asserts that man is nothingness, and consequently, his nothingness entails that of the “slave.” In other words, there is no such thing as a slave, says Jean-Jacques Dessalines. Thus, the Empire of Haiti proclaims: “Slavery is forever abolished.” Therefore, there is no valid justification for true cannibalism.
If there is no true cannibalism, the Louperie has no reason to exist and, consequently, is empty.
The deranged are parasites on Earth; they cannot be what they claim and hope to be. The problem is their very being. Through the nothingness of their being, they are parasites on the planet. The strangeness of their being without being, therefore chimerical, is the reason why they are what they are: a ruthless and joyful devourer.

The Clean Sweep
All behaviors that find their justification in humanity—white slavery, enslavement, cannibalism, and so on—are punishable by sentences ranging from life imprisonment with hard labor to execution or incitement to suicide. This means you are being asked to kill yourself. This attitude is more acceptable.
Now we will name some crimes. We will begin with the Eternal Empire of Haiti, the sole Center of Security on Planet Earth. First, let us have a clear understanding of the concept of cannibalism, initiated by His Majesty the Invincible General and Eternal Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines.
The word “cannibal” refers to a living being or animal that eats others for its survival. Without this extremely cruel act, it cannot survive, which is to say that it is important and indispensable to its continued existence. Jean-Jacques Dessalines, a great scholar of life, did not see the need for cannibalism in these animals—here, the term is used. What, then, is this need? As for European knowledge, Dessalines had his readers. He was keen to understand them through their thoughts as well. Jean-Jacques Dessalines would sit and listen to his readers. He alone knew what was going on in his mind, well, by listening to what he was listening to. Returning to the cannibal, Jean-Jacques Dessalines rejects the preconceived notion of cannibalism as lacking necessity. He categorically states that the “true cannibal” is slavery or whiteness, whose vocabulary is “white,” to use their own term. White here is a substance or essence, not an accident.
Why such an assertion, one might ask? If we don't understand why the necessity lies here and not elsewhere, we will not understand Jean-Jacques Dessalines. To understand this, we must first examine why Elizabeth's son, raised by Agbawaya Toya, primarily classifies slave owners as cannibals, ultimately leading to the concept of the "true cannibal." First, they are cannibals because they live communally. So what, one might ask? They define themselves as superior beings, therefore as "masters," and others as inferior beings, also as "slaves." This structure is neither inherent nor definite, therefore a void. It must be brought into being. However, there is a problem, a major one. What is it? The designated beings firmly reject it. The situation is that there are superiors, but no inferiors. As if that weren't enough, the people concerned are ready to respond with violence—since it is an attack against violence—to protect themselves, in their case. Thus, they are capable of the same thing if that is their desire. The so-called superiors do not have a monopoly on this. This is truly chilling. The so-called “masters” cannot give up, that is, back down from the situation, because that is their conception of themselves, and therefore of life. They are dominated by their thoughts; in other words, they are their thoughts. It's that or they die. We are led by our thoughts. If they are false, we drown. This is the case with slave owners. They persist and sign their actions. Their thoughts are the mirror of their being. Nothing can pull them out of it. It's hopeless. To break the so-called “slaves,” they resort to the height of cruelty. They are convinced that the “inferiors” will give in. Some feign resistance in order to better control them. The slave owners interpret this as positive and strengthen their means of crushing resistance. They never consider giving it up, but rather strengthening it more and more. Their only awareness of being murderers is that they are not at all a negative trait, a characteristic which, for them, is in no way negative. Killing and massacring to be what they feel they are is perfectly normal and a necessity. The only memory of life they have is the normality of taking life and stripping it bare in favor of their own their own actions and the necessity of acting this way because there is no other way. Slave traders live off the lives of others and they cannot do otherwise. They are, as Jean-Jacques Dessalines said, true cannibals.
The True Cannibal and the Eternal Empire of Haiti
Part One
1 - a) - Since the Empire of Haiti is the center of security on planet Earth, it is the primary target of slave traders. Initially, they attempted to destroy it and replace it with a white colony, which is to say, slavery. This is already criminalized elsewhere, and the country acting as leader is being prosecuted before the Empire of Haiti. It will be brought before the Imperial People's Court on a specific date, and the complaint will be filed with the International Criminal Court in due course for crimes against humanity, even though we are not members of any international organization.
b) - As for His Majesty Prince Tiécoura and any other member of the Empire of AYITI, any act of treason against them, whether on Imperial Territory or elsewhere, and regardless of the nature of the act, will undoubtedly result in the irrevocable accusation of a crime against Busa, here on the Territory of the Empire of AYITI, if the perpetrator(s) are present, and will be sentenced to life imprisonment, forced labor, and the obligation to take their own life upon exhaustion.
If the perpetrator(s) are outside the Imperial Territory, or even from abroad, the International Criminal Court will handle the case. The Empire of AYITI is open to the possibility of serving the sentences here.
People living elsewhere who have preserved court documents or other types of evidence, as Prince Tiécoura requested, may use them to prosecute all those involved before the court of the Empire of AYITI or the International Criminal Court, or both, as appropriate. Our enemies will never know peace.
c - All those, whether on Imperial Territory or elsewhere, who assist people from elsewhere or who arrive from elsewhere to set up a conspiracy against a member of the Empire of AYITI, are guilty of crimes against Busa, according to the Imperial People's Court, and will be handed over to the ICC if the circumstances warrant it.
d - The white supremacists have surrendered themselves to the Empire of AYITI for its prosecutions before the courts by placing their foot soldiers, under the false name of a gang, in the City of Dessalines, Capital of the Empire of AYITI. He has an unannounced meeting—and we must take the phrase as it is—with the white supremacist leader of the defunct Republic of Haiti before the International Criminal Court, for violations of international law, crimes against humanity, and genocide. Other crimes will be added to the list. As for his soldiers, they will face the Imperial People's Tribunal for some crimes, and for others, they will join the leader of the defunct Republic of Haiti, their boss, and his superior, for his attempts to repeat October 17, 1806. The silent, untraceable operation he is conducting has been underway for some time now, on both sides. It has reached the Imperial Capital, the City of Dessalines. Our observation, here as elsewhere, has now reached a sufficient point. Let white supremacy and its supporters never forget that the Imperial Territory is entirely ours.
Part Two
The World and the True Cannibal
Sad, painful, shameful, and angry, is what we are witnessing these days on our planet. White supremacy no longer hides; it acts in broad daylight. By this, we mean that it speaks, and speaks loudly, and that it acts with complete freedom, that is to say, without restraint. Because it is the true cannibal, action is its strong point. It announces its robberies, its murders, and predicts its future blows, all in broad daylight. Those who pave the way for it to facilitate its task do the same, which is perfectly normal because they are cut from the same cloth. They trivialize all the acts of the true cannibal and even incite them where they deem it important. This is how they manage to win over the minds of their people to the cause, namely, to crush all those who prove resistant.
What a world! People are being murdered in their own countries, in their own homes, because they reject their reduction to nothingness, and therefore their domination. The game is over, for the Eternal Empire of AYITI has abolished "slavery." Any action that resembles it is a crime and is severely punished, here and/or elsewhere. This falls under the jurisdiction of the Empire of AYITI.
a - It goes without saying that true cannibalism is punishable by death, self-inflicted death, because one does not take the life of others. Death is taken by oneself and oneself alone.
b - Every decree of the Empire of AYITI is immortal and knows no bounds. This is the very nature of every ordinance of the Eternal Empire of AYITI. It draws all its authority from within itself.
c - Since the true cannibal is a slave owner, any act of this nature on his part automatically entails guilt for a crime against Busa, if he is abroad, or for a crime against humanity or genocide, as the case may be, and his fate is entrusted to the International Criminal Court, and the death sentence, which is essential for him, is handed down within Imperial Territory.
d - There is no such thing as a targeted operation, as an act of true cannibalism, but rather a Siamese terrorist act, and any act of this nature is severely punished, with a sentence of life imprisonment and forced labor until exhaustion, followed by the death penalty, or self-inflicted death.
e - Any country capable of apprehending the criminal(s) has an obligation to hand them over to the country victimized by the true cannibal's act to suffer the fate reserved for them.
f - Withholding a country's money, in any way whatsoever, and blocking commercial traffic in international waters, regardless of the pretext, constitutes outright cannibalism and is a crime against Busa within the territory of the Empire of Ayti, and a crime against humanity outside of it. Therefore, the full force of the law applies.
g - No international organization may reduce a country's territory or its territorial waters for the benefit of another country's territory or international waters. If it does so, it falls under the law against outright cannibalism, as do the instigators of the project, separately.
h - No country built on territory stolen under the ideology of slavery has a future after the abolition of slavery; it must be dismantled. The law, in all its rigor, applies otherwise.
I - No slave-owning country can maintain the country whose population's activities it has hampered through the ideology of slavery, nor the people kidnapped by the conquest it instituted, nor the territory, after the proclamation of the abolition of "slavery" by the Empire of Haiti. This would be the true cannibalization of planet Earth. The legal consequences follow.
j - All those kidnapped and resettled outside their homeland on the territory of another people, other than the enslaving people, automatically inherit that territory if the victimized people perish under the weight of true cannibalism. The people have an obligation to perpetuate whatever memory they retain of the deceased. The enslaving country is guilty of true cannibalism and all its consequences.
k - No country is authorized to seek to bring another under its wing for the advantages offered by the territory in order to own it as "master." This is the cunning of man through the practice of true cannibalism. The aggressor country automatically falls under the law and its consequences.
m - Any country founded by the enslavers is now dismantled because it constitutes true cannibalism. Anyone who insists on maintaining this is committing a crime and, consequently, faces the full force of the law against true crime.
n - All sanctions against a government and/or a people, for whatever reason, are a matter of true cannibalism and fall under its jurisdiction.
o - Invading any country to impose one's views is a matter of true cannibalism; the laws against Busa and/or against all genocide and crimes against humanity apply in their full rigor.
P - All work in the colonies belongs to the workers, even if they were forced into it. The fruits of their labor necessarily belong to them. Compensation for their stolen assets is also necessary. There is no room for hesitation. Otherwise, the laws of true cannibalism apply.
q - The country that presents two, and even three, antithetical literatures on “slavery” is guilty of true cannibalism because it is cunning, one of the things of man, in one case, and an act of deceit, in another, especially to place the burden on the Ancestors. Enough is enough. There can be no relationship of any kind with the country in question. The power, through its ruling citizens, will appear, at the opportune moment, before the imperial people's tribunal to receive the verdict and the sentence; in case of refusal, the w¼d¼m¼ (rondonmon), it will be the international criminal tribunal.
The Eternal Empire of AYTI and the world order
r - Every system specific to man or to whiteness has sprung directly from its essence. The systems we hear so much about—politics, diplomacy, industry, finance, the military, religion, and so on—are examples of this. Because of their nature, their actions are genocidal in nature. For instance, they seek to establish a kind of dominance over others, and the sanctions imposed on companies and countries that do not follow the prescribed course of action clearly demonstrate this. The system, as a whole, is designed to push countries to the brink of collapse. To venture into it is, without a doubt, to head towards one's own downfall. It is "the blood-dripping tiger" that Jean-Jacques Dessalines constantly spoke of. So it goes without saying that the system is a nest of true cannibals, and that they are all subject to the law with all its consequences. To successfully overcome it, we rely on the will of the people.
s - The system we have just examined, not analytically, is empty, even if the actions stemming from it are real. This is because the substance of the people who uphold it is purely discursive, mere verbiage, nothing more. Consequently, it can only produce the elusive, which leads directly to the pinnacle of cruelty as a means of self-realization. It is chasing the wind. The more it progresses, the more Evil swells, along with desolation. This is where the Empire of AYITI, the Ancestral Empire, the Toya-Dessalines Empire, intervenes. Its Mission is Divine, and it finds its justification in "misfortunes and vicissitudes," then "security": "Considering that after a long series of misfortunes and vicissitudes, it is necessary to ensure the guarantee and security of citizens in an immutable and irrevocable manner." By what means can this be achieved? (And that) the surest way to achieve this goal is to bestow upon the only leader capable of representing and governing the nation worthily, an august and sacred title that concentrates within him the forces of the State, that commands them externally, and that is internally the guarantee of tranquility. What is this title? “Let us confer upon the said citizen Jean Jacques Dessalines the title of Emperor of Haiti and the right to choose and appoint his successor.” The Letter of Appointment of His Majesty Jean Jacques Dessalines, Port-au-Prince, January 25, 1804. This concerns the immediate purpose of the Empire of AYITI, an Eternal Mission by an Empire of AYITI that is necessarily Eternal. If we add to this the fact that the Immortal Victory of the Invincible General Jean Jacques Dessalines, which gave birth to the Eternal Empire of AYITI, is that of “all the peoples who disappeared into slavery,” he says, it suggests that there is no issue of skin color in His Majesty Jean Jacques Dessalines’ vision: “All distinctions of color among the children of one and the same family, of which the Head of State is the father, must necessarily cease; Haitians will henceforth be known only by the generic term ‘Blacks,’” and that this does not apply only to one category of people: “The Empire of AYITI is the Land of all those and Those who fought, on this Territory, the true cannibals and “the monster that the earth swallows too slowly”; it is that of all the children of our Ancestors who are on the Masuana continent and of all others who are on the ancestral territory; it is also that of all those, wherever they come from, any people, who, one day, will rise to self-awareness and who will want to return home, to their Country, the ‘Empire of AYITI’. t - The earth is very thirsty for itself. The violence of true cannibalism shakes it very strongly. Evil is not a matter of a group of people, of a nation, but of a system, of slavery, of a sophisticated way of thinking. If the Iranian people did not show great resistance, we felt that planet Earth would collapse. It was just waiting for that. It is as if the inhabitants of the earth, wherever they may be, were no longer able to stand on their feet, to stand before such great effrontery, such contempt for the beings that we are, that is to say, by the true cannibals. Planet Earth clings to it tenaciously. To transgress this noble aspiration is to fall under the law against true cannibalism and all its consequences.
u - The slave traders, true cannibals, day and night, glorify Siamese terrorism under the guise of "targeted elimination." By this, they mean that it is not evil, but quite the opposite. This line of thinking comprises two points of doctrine: the first is that the perpetrator of the Siamese terrorist act is a special being; the second, which follows from the first, is that he cannot be guilty of any evil in the face of his adversaries. This is democracy versus non-democracy. Democratic action is therefore situated at an exceptional level, namely, virtue. All the true cannibals happily bow before the verdict of these men. The country of Venezuela faces the same fate. In fact, that's what they're there for. The main reason is the country's unwavering resistance to being derailed. The slave owner attempts to coerce it through rhetoric, actions—for example, sanctions—and horror. This poverty forces people to flee. He's incompetent. Why wasn't it always this way? Why is trade hampered? Not a single word about the sanctions imposed by the slave trader. The real cannibals don't care about this kind of questioning. It was the president who plundered the country; their verdict is final. The result of all this is the proclamation of the slave owner as the rightful owner of the country's assets and resources, the abduction, in the dead of night, by a military unit, of the president and his wife, their transfer to the United States to stand trial, the takeover of the state and the murdered people—all this through the very mouth of the slave owner, who, as expected, is supported and assisted by a multitude of others. It must be brought to an end as quickly as possible to be in a state of pure Communal Self, which is what truly matters. Humanity is pure disorder; it opposes everything, even itself, since suicide is one of the elements of its development. Human pathology exposes this very clearly. This is the urgent cause of the Empire of AYITI.
The Empire of AYITI invites you to renounce yourself, that part of yourself you are aware of, the part you don't truly recognize and that constantly jostles you from side to side. Renounce it, not in the manner of natural law anthropology, pushing yourself to make room for someone else—an absurdity, indeed—but for your own benefit, to return to yourself, in order to take control of yourself and embark on the path toward Perfection, the highest expression of your being. It is beneficial to work, here and now, on the project of the Order of Peoples proposed by the Eternal Empire of AYITI. This is the path to self-discovery, outside the Eternal Dessalines Empire.
