On November 29, 1803, Jean Jacques Dessalines, the Eternal Victor of whiteness and Emperor of AYITI, prepared for this purpose by Agbabaya Toya, proclaimed the Gwqmunity of the Ancestral People in Dessalines, at the Headquarters, on January 1, 1804, in Dessalines, he presented the formation of the Government to the People and on January 1 1805, still in Dessalines, the Capital, to underline the efficiency of the Government, which led, in one year, the Country to prosperity, thus defeating the threatening famine which awaited it, which explains the invention of giraumon soup by the Empress Claire Heureuse Dessalines for a complete meal, this son declared the day of the entry into office of the Government "Day of the Empire of AYITI", an Important Day in the life of municipal beings because they are made to rule themselves, to which they have irrevocably submitted by the Proclamation of Gwqmunity.
The agents of misfortune, who populate the four corners of the earth, are fiercely opposed to this Erection which emanates from our inclination to remain ourselves and from the fact that we are irrevocably with ourselves.
Why, one might ask? They see the world, from themselves, on a ladder and define themselves as the first rung, the one at the top. In other words, the world is given to them in hierarchical mode. Everything is below them and owned by them.
What can they – or will they – do to us because this is the reality?
Nothing has changed on their side, on our side either.
Let's see!

Slavery is the crime against Busa, or against the Black man and woman, Earthling, Earthling.
AYIBOBO!
THE GREATEST OR THE UNDESCRIBABLE PLAGUE OF
THE EARTH..... Are you protected from it?
Hey!
One question!
Do you understand, even just a little bit, what is happening on the earth, our planet, the one on which you live, at the level of its ofowu organization, that is to say in accordance with the Will of Our God, Good God, even today, after the Erection of the Eternal Empire of AYITI, which is your Being?
The first b¼nqyée
We will never stop saying it, there are two paths, just two, in the world, community, the first, and humanity, the second. The first descends from Ofowu, which is Divine. Its Ofowuity is explained by its full conformity to Our God, Source of all that is and of all that will result from it, within the Sphere of being or etral. By this we must understand that this is, in fact, defined, not materially but potentially, no variability possible. We must understand that the last point is not already there, on the other hand it is already drawn and cannot be revoked in any way. This is explained by its provenance from the Source which, itself, is the Framework of Being of Our God. This is not a coincidence here. All this is demonstrated by the Things, First Productions with a view to the Manifestation of the Presence of Our God, Good-God, which immediately gives itself to us, notably Oneself, the Munal, through sensitivity and b¼nqjality (b¼nqyellité), capacity to calculate. To put it another way, through our presence to ourselves, we access a Framework of Being in which we and others are. These are by a set of Mbwa and within which they are maintained. This is why it is not the work of chance. Everything is defined. This first moment, and this only moment, opens the door to understanding what is happening on our planet.
Our existential framework or our existence, which is to live in accordance with our being, is already mapped out. Its support is our Substance, called Muc, or being. Our Substance is that without which we are not. We also say the Essence. Our Substance is not the whole of who we are, it does not include the parts, such as complexion, height, hair type, etc. It is made of massiveness and complexity, everything that is at law¼nbadr, in all and all and necessary as indispensable. It goes without saying, it is not an invention of thought, Substance, as it is in question here, since We Are. We need a b¼nqy, which is one of them, to access it. All that remains is for us to know ourselves in order to get what is right out of it, in every way. This work that falls to us, and which is not an easy task, is called the municipal share par excellence.
The content of the municipal share par excellence is, in part, to produce, that is to say the means necessary to work, in other words, it is the execution of a plan, which is a necessary prerequisite. This is where our b¼nqyelle capacity comes into play, in close collaboration with the rest of the body because we are not made, made, in separate parts, as is the case with whiteists. This plan, as developed by Our God, Good God, our Ancestors found it, which is the first step, and it is also not the order of the world, to use the vocabulary of men, because it is not actually that of everyone and all of this from all corners of the planet. Such a concept, at best, such an expression, “world order”, in the current state of things, is empty of meaning.
The being claiming to be superior versus the being, by him, declared inferior
The first step, which is accomplished, was taken, ironically, to the great dismay of many, especially the whiteists and the tubabu, since they maintain that we have no or very little capacity for knowledge. They define us, because of this, as inferior beings, which places us at a low level, therefore under their natural domination. Here is how they conceive this part of reality, which part will define the orientation of things, which will lead to what we call the kokcn hcn dewqjmq, the whirlwind of life on earth: “Without mentioning our colonies,” says a whiteist, “there are Negro slaves scattered across Europe, we have never discovered among them the slightest sign of intelligence.” David Hume (1711-1776). Everything is based on this little word that seems like nothing: “intelligence”. We find it under the pen of Voltaire, the darling of the Bunda QMR: “The race of Negroes is a species of men different from ours [...] we can say that if their intelligence is not of another species than our understanding, it is very inferior. They are not capable of great attention, they combine little and seem made neither for the advantages nor for the abuses of our philosophy. They are native to this part of Africa like elephants and monkeys. » Voltaire (1694-1778), (Essay on morals). This point is what even defines white people; they are, they say, people of intelligence, whereas Earthlings are not. Intelligence is reduced to being itself. It allows them great achievements, they say, which go beyond sensitivity. It is only this part of themselves, intelligence. They claim it in everything to define themselves: “The Negroes of Africa,” asserts Emmanuel Kant, the German philosopher, “have not received from nature any feeling that rises above stupidity. (…) we could not find a single one who, whether in art or science, or in any other famous discipline, has produced anything great.” What explains this is the deprivation of “intelligence”, a fact of nature, say the whiteists. They argue against Negresses and Negroes, the matter is of great importance. It’s the other’s view of us. Hence its importance! This can only benefit us if we pay close attention to it. Do not think that what we have just said pretends that we do not know each other. Such knowledge, not the content of what is said, but the state of beliefs, regarding us, of the people with whom we deal, such knowledge is necessary and indispensable. The prestigious German philosopher, Immanuel Kant, continues his nonsense by saying: “Among whites, on the contrary, it is constant that someone rises from the lowest rabble and acquires a certain consideration in the world, thanks to the excellence of his superior gifts. So essential is the difference between these two human races! and she seems as great in terms of the faculties of the mind as in the color of the skin. »(Observations on the feeling of beauty and the sublime, GF Flammarion, Paris, 1990, pp.166, 167). The French philosopher is one of those who guide life on earth. Concerning the relations between Negresses and Negroes, he puts down his pawn: “We cannot, he says, get into the idea that God, who is a wise being, has put a soul, especially a good soul, in an entirely black body. (…) It is impossible for us to suppose that these people are men, we would begi1 to believe that we ourselves are not Christians.” Charles de Montesquieu (1689-1755, The Spirit of the Laws). Since ancient times, the soul has been the seat of the intellect. “A good soul,” as he puts it, means a soul enjoying all the higher capacities, following the Aristotelian conception of man in the full sense of the word. The “black body” is considered non-human, at best, “non-man”. Here he agrees well with the German philosopher, Immanuel Kant: “In hot countries, men mature more quickly in all respects, but they do not reach the perfection of temperate zones. Humanity attains the greatest perfection in the race of Whites. The Yellow Indians already have less talent. The Negroes are located much lower down.” Still, intelligence makes the man. In other words man is a creature of one element which reaches the highest point, in relation to what or to whom, given that the intelligence of others is not that of “whites”, he is one in himself. The much-prized intelligence does not lead us to understand that we only compare what is the same. Rather, she has a lot of problems with subtlety.
The source of this rehashed knowledge
These civilization-making anthropologists certainly did not learn their lesson well from the Greek philosopher, Aristotle, the master. First of all, this anthropology, man through a single element, is a Greek conception. Let's see this one more time! The following is a rehash, it is taken from our work

“The slave or slavery is not a catch-all concept, as suggested
the white historian and his tubabu monkeys, he is part of a well-established approach particular. Aristotle gave a demonstration of this, not flawless, but clear and quite interesting, despite everything. “Aristotle’s man is not a loner like man as invented by Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Aristotle’s man is made to live together, “He is a political animal” (Pol., Liv.I, chap. II, 9), maintains the philosopher, and this is his essence who forces him to do so. “It is necessary,” he said, “for beings who cannot exist without each other to unite.” We must see what Aristotle means by this.
What does Aristotle say about it? Inequality among men is based on what makes them all members of the same group, that is to say their intellectual capacities. What do we mean by that? Indeed, in Aristotle there are free people and slave people. The first are made to order while the last to be ordered. “And it is from their birth,” he says, “that a distinction was made among some, some to be commanded, others to command” (Pol. Liv I, chap. 5, 20). It must be understood “that it is by nature that in most cases there is a commander and a commanded” (Ibid. chap. XIII, 5). The justification for this is the variation in the quality of the soul. It is not the same in everyone, in the species. For example, “the slave is totally devoid of the faculty of deliberation, the woman has it but without authority, the child has it but imperfect.” (Ibid). The free man possesses all parts of the soul. This is why command naturally falls to him. Aristotle thus establishes a dichotomy between men based on their essence. In other words, inequality between men is natural, not institutional.”
Aristotle's reflection has a double objective: 1) the definition of the people present; he establishes a dichotomy and his measuring instrument is “intelligence”; 2) who does what? The nature of each person determines it; that is organization. Its justification is in nature.
Current anthropology as an instrument of today’s civilization
It is indeed the anthropology of Aristotle that we have just seen above from the pen of the authors but only in part. They kept the base, the philosophical part, and completed it by resorting to the irrational, namely the biblical myth. This is explained by a question of cultural belonging. The gods of the Bible are unabashedly pro-slavery. The Bible is one of the great books of slavery. Indeed, the children of the Bible maintain that the “blacks” - they speak of Earthlings, that is to say the Negresses and Negroes, we who are the Indigenous of the planet - descend from Ham, son of Noah, and his complexion is dark, then “black”. They are condemned to be slaves of the whiteists because of a curse cast on Ham by the father, Noah, for having contemplated his nudity: “Your posterity and you, he said, you will be the slaves of the slaves of your brothers”. This is the basis of slave nature! There is more. The apostle Paul, in a letter to the Ephesians, exhorts slaves to obey their master unconditionally: “Slaves, he said, obey your masters!” The gods of men split the people living on earth into two. There are no slaves without slavery, One implies the other. So the proclamation of slave thinking necessarily leads to slavery. We saw it in Aristotle. The same effect will happen here. Let us briefly remember one of these awful moments here. In 1493 Pope Alexander VI, born Roderic Llançol i de Borja (1431 - 1503), divided the world. This act is, undoubtedly, linked to the ideology of the slave, according to which he cannot own anything. Our continent (Jelefwe or Gelefwe), in accordance with the slave issue, went to the Portuguese. His successor Tommaso Parentucceli (1398-1455) took the name of Nicholas 5. On January 8, 1454, Pope Nicholas V ordered Alphonse V, sovereign of Portugal, by a law of the church, called the Papal Bull, to invade our ancestral continent to reduce us to slavery. This is the reason for our presence here, on the Masuana continent. The authors that we saw above, rally around this part of the mythical discourse, for religious reasons - a myth, something irrational, they who speak of the excellence of gifts linked to whites -, to complete their new anthropology. They certainly lack logical sense.
The accident as a substance
One of the points of difference between Aristotelian anthropology and mythical anthropology is complexion. They made it play a role contrary to philosophical reflection. The accident, i.e. the complexion, becomes substance or essence in union with intelligence. They are even interchangeable. In othersIn other words there is no difference between what is called accident (non-essential) in whiteist philosophical anthropology and essence, which is dear to Aristotle, the Stagirite. The complexion (the accident) and the essence are one and the same for these authors without any justification. Essence is attributed to him, that is to say, humanity, with a “white” complexion. They and their peers use the word “humanity” to refer to light skin. This is how we arrive at whiteness, a new anthropology.
There is another point to point out, it is the whole, in Aristotle. Unlike whiteness, it is not about “white”, therefore the complexion, but about the Greek. This is why we are talking about the species. Whereas among the whiteists we talk about species. This is not a small point. In addition, the species splits into several parts, in the Stagirite. It is only among the Greeks that this is so. All others, whether white or otherwise, since they are not Greeks, are barbarians and therefore slaves. Here mythical anthropology embraces a category of people of multiple nationalities, thus reducing the shock of humiliation which mercilessly ate away at them. They pour it out with rage on the Earthlings, then the Negresses and Negroes. Why Us? Because they felt inferior to us. For what reasons? For exactly what they mentally deprive us of our newly developed capacities for having opened the way.
Why the slave?
What is the function of the slave? Not being able to engage in the activity of reason, due to fault of sufficient intellectual capacities, the slave is to place himself under the domination of the one who possesses all of them, namely the master, we learn from Aristotle. Let us remember that this is why he is called the “master”. The slave is dominated by the master, the one who shows him the way. Domination is a possession: “The slave is an acquired property,” says Aristotle (Pol. I, chap. IV, 30). As such, “The slave is not only of a master, but completely his” (Ibid). So the slave is nothing. Knowing that the slave is property is not enough. We must also know what makes it a good, which is defined by total possession, that is to say which does not belong to oneself at all. Nothing is simpler, it does not belong to oneself because of the lack of intellectual abilities. In other words he doesn't own himself. Since this is the case, it belongs to someone else, more specifically the one who is called the “master”. Because of this he cannot own anything. Only those who possess can in return possess. What one could consider as belonging to him in his own right therefore belongs to his master. He is enslaved by the lack of higher faculties. So he doesn't need it anyway. It relies on the reason of others. He is under his orders. He doesn't have his own path. Wherever there are people who have their behavior dictated to them by someone other than themselves, these people are slaves. Where we say that “slavery” is abolished and these same people impose their way of life on you and tell you that you have no choice, for example, human rights and the thought of democracy that results from them, these people treat you like slaves. Therefore you are in a situation of “slavery”. live and they tell you that you have no choice, for example, human rights and the thought of democracy that results from them, these people treat you like slaves. Therefore you are in a situation of “slavery”.
This can be heavy in certain cases, it must be admitted. What is the point of having a slave, one might ask. “The slave is an instrument for action” (Ibid. I chap. IV). There is a difference between action and production. The slave is not an instrument of production, but of action. Which makes manual labor the essential function of the slave. In return the slave engages in other activities. Isn’t it Montesquieu who argues against those who stand against slavery: “If the black does not work for we are the ones who will work.” It's not just that. In the days when we talked about manual labor, that was all there was. We took advantage of it. There may be non-manual work, the simple act of working for another. Let us remember the definition of the word “nègre” in the French dictionary “produce for another”, where we attribute “the nègre” to “the slave”. The thing evolves. There is a huge advantage in having slaves and even in there being slaves or in others being slaves. That's not all. There is the question of possession. The slave cannot own anything, everything comes back to him, to the master. Nowadays it is more profitable to have slaves and mining resources. Where it is said that deviating from the whiteist mode of being in the world is not automatic it is about the absence of self-possession that it is about and the affirmation of mineral properties that it is about. More than ever there is talk of slaves and it is more useful and essential to have them. This is what is at the end of the slave's thinking, the new anthropology. The slave is for them an irrevocable idea. Otherwise they would renounce themselves, their interests. They want to definitively establish the ideology of the slave. Do we have to have some slaves, ask the authors mentioned above? We are witnessing the process of justification of the thing. “To this last question, I answer that we can lawfully having slaves and using them; this possession and service is neither contrary to law natural, nor to the written Divine law, nor even to the law of the Gospel.” Bellon de Saint-Quentin theologian, Dissertation on the slave trade and commerce of negroes, 1765). Voltaire, the big slave trader, is of no contrary opinion: “They are native to this part of Africa like elephants and monkeys; they believe they were born in Guinea to be sold to the Whites and to serve them. » Voltaire (1694-1778), Essay on morals 1770). They maintain this part of the Stagirite slave theory by resorting to their own justification. All this to say that even today the slave theory, in whiteism, is still valid. It’s the continuity of the thing.
This is the basis of collective life for many, particularly white people! Domination is the purpose of life on earth for a significant number of people, that is to say men. “Politics,” says Aristotle, “is the organization of slavery.” This proposition is irrevocable in the minds of men. Thomas Hobbes and the natural rights of man
In the seventeenth century, the anthropology of natural rights arrived. It does not cancel mythical, white anthropology, just as it does not defeat those that preceded it. Indeed Thomas Hobbes, an English philosopher, translator of Aristotle's philosophical thought, contests his doctrine of the law of nature. According to Aristotle, nature is a standard in the sense that it traces the path to follow. We saw it above, she is the one to follow. The English philosopher is of the opposite opinion. For him man is the most important element, there cannot be a natural right but a human right. It replaces the right of nature with the right of man. Hobbes' man is not a linked whole but the individual, he is limited to the individual. Its rights are three in number, the first, which defines it, is the vital impulse. This right center on itself. The second is freedom, which is reason or the intellectual faculties, to calculate in favor of the right to life, the first; the third is the possession (total), means of satisfying one's passions; “he therefore has a right to all things and even to the bodies of others,” asserts Hobbes. The author presents man as a group of men with the inclination to dominate. The three natural rights relate to the individual and him alone. Hence the reason for reducing man to the individual.
Man acts only for man, therefore the individual. Everything is permitted to him as long as it is necessary for him. So it is no longer nature that dictates the path to follow but himself, his body, his feelings and his freedom. This is where the idea of ??individualism comes from.
When men, through the power of speech and reason (capacity to calculate) which follows, come together to meet the demands of their body respective, they will submit to the will of one, as suggested by the natural individual, who has a right over all things, including the bodies of others, or an assembly, which will be regulated by the rule of the majority. Individuals who are not part of the established group, the latter holds all the rights over them all. It is the same for the other sets. Needless to say, every country (of men), because we have not emerged from whiteness, has a right over all others, even over the countries of men because the natural individual is the model of politics. What this shows, 1) man is the standard of man, 2) politics is the organization with a view to domination, therefore slavery (enslavement). The concept of power is derived from the natural individual's inclination to impose oneself on others. Philosophical anthropology does not foresee a context populated by countries but a single organization. Thomas Hobbes speaks of a liberal society so that citizens can give themselves, through their freedom, the means to live. The English philosopher is the creator of liberalism. However, the structure is the natural individual.
The few ideas presented here give us a clear and clear view of the basis and purpose of all organization, possession, of wealth to meet one's needs, and domination, the greatest desire of man. The doctrine of Hobbes is not opposed to the doctrine of slavery. There we find the idea of ??natural conquest advocated by Aristotle and Nicolas Machiavelli, without forgetting unlimited violence in the event of resistance to submission. It is a natural desire to want to possess everything and to do everything to achieve it, that is to say, to give oneself the means that one deems effective. This explains the arms race, the importance of military-industrial complexes, it is not an end in itself, to protect oneself or to seize the property and mining resources of others, under the pretext that they do not have the right to do so, if we think of the ideology of the slave, etc.
Practical Politics and the Doctrine of Natural Human Rights
Thomas Hobbes not only made a sensational entrance onto the scene of the science of politics but also into practical politics. Habeas corpus is a law against arbitrary detention, passed in the seventeenth century by the English Parliament. The law of habeas corpus, the law of individual liberty, is associated with the conception of the natural right of the individual by the philosopher Thomas Hobbes. Hobbes's doctrine is integrated into practical French policy, notably the objective: “(…) The government, we read in the French declaration of the rights of man and of the citizen, is established to guarantee to man the enjoyment of his natural and imprescriptible rights”. The US declaration affirms the same idea: “We hold the following truths to be self-evident: all men are created equal; they are endowed by the Creator with certain inalienable rights; among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Governments are established among men to guarantee these rights.” It is clear that the Hobbian doctrine of the natural rights of man has made its triumphant entry into policy-practice. However, there is something wrong because Hobbes's anthropology, hence his politics, is essentially slavery. The breach in all this is that countries, particularly France, are proclaiming the abolition of “slavery”. The narrative that accompanies this is misleading. This is done on purpose. They pretend because they have not removed the structure of slavery, which is domination. However the
United States of America never abolished slavery:
Constitution of the United State of America
image.png
in the 13th amendment it states the following:
“Section 1
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime of which the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States or any place subject to its jurisdiction.
Section 2
The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.”
Imprecision reigns here and it is not without cause. Is it a literary ruse, a way of circumventing the prohibition, that is to say the highlighting of the thing by means of massive condemnation or the recourse to the onthonaxy when the time comes; Is it to express their unwavering attachment to the thing that we use the ambivalent style, a way of highlighting their opposition to equality, which would be to rule oneself? Slavery is not a conception of the other, it includes the self, the subject or the author, a twin concept. You cannot undo it without damaging yourself.
Slavery is not a passing effect, we do not define ourselves as a mode. Slavery, because it includes the slave and the master, a Siamese being, is or it is not, in other words, society is slavery or it is not, not partially. It is illogical, therefore, impossible, to determine, in a society, specific cases where slavery is in force. What nonsense! And that comes from the excellence of the donations. The position of the United States is not a contradiction in terms, they give their “government” as objective “the enjoyment of natural rights”, which imply the structure of slavery. So there is compatibility between natural rights, as we have just seen, and “slavery”, to use their vocabulary. Politics and slavery are closely linked and they are inseparable. Any new invention, any new practice, any new orientation, etc., are subject to the inseparable couple of politics and slavery.
There are many people who understand nothing about reality, neither that of yesterday nor that of today. For them, realities are opposed to each other. So they clearly state that there are several. They are invited to see the world in which they live through this lens. What confuses them is not so much the narrative as the laziness in terms of their faculties, which laziness is caused by the Evil that awaits them. No, let us learn, once and for all, that there are not several realities but nothing only one. Quite simply, things are not static, they necessarily evolve. What could be more normal than relying on others to obtain from them what we need to move forward. We are made like this, interdependence is our mark of being. However we must be careful. Some things require a critical eye. Belief, through a careless attitude, can obscure even the brightest sun. brighter and hotter by paralyzing one's own organs and the ability to think. There is no shortage of maneuvers in this direction.
All this to say, there are in the munal lakort two groups of accidentally distinct beings, it is a question of our conception of ourselves, which necessarily lead to two ways of being in the world, munality and humanity. Munality results from the better understanding of ourselves while humanity, whose exact term is humanity, descends from the misreading of the Mun or Munal, Production of Our God, Good God, with a view to the Manifestation of His Presence. The municipality falls under interdependence and reciprocal assistance while humanity, which is marked by the inclination to appropriate others, is the order of slavery, firm and unwavering desire to reduce others to the state of submissiveness called “slave” by his spirits. This category of people are the most active on our planet because the inclination that defines them is a constant itching and that, therefore, they are strongly and constantly pushed to act to plug what they believe to be the breach in the order of the self.
Slavery
Slavery, what they call “slavery”, an organization taking root in a real and natural fact which is called, according to them, “the slave”, is an activity artificial human whose objective is to appropriate people, dictate to them their conduct and keep them away from possession, not without proudly inflicting on them the peak of the horror.
In short, this is what it looks like? The “master” in action, dictating the way to the “slaves”: Speaking of Black African countries in Africa, Jean-Louis Roy, Secretary General of
ACCT, shamelessly asserts: “There is one thing that is non-negotiable, and that is respect for human rights. On this, the international community must share the same standards: political rights, economic rights, and social rights.” Reference:

Why Venezuela, one might ask? It stems from conquest with a view to enslavement: “The first ships that arrived in the Caribbean Sea came to subjugate us. They subjugated our ancestors for three hundred years.” “Mr. Yvan Gil Pinto, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic, Venezuela, September 25, 2025, 8th session of the UN. Venezuela thought it could get out of this, but whiteness is unidirectional: This is how, says the Minister of Foreign Affairs, our long struggle of resistance against colonialism and humiliation began. Three hundred years later, the liberation army, composed of Blacks, Indigenous people, Whites, and mulattoes, an army in which they mingled on an equal footing—slaves, peasants, free men—from all over the continent, set out from the shores of the Caribbean Sea until they reached the heights of Ayacutcho, and liberated South America forever.” But no, the slave owners only go in one direction. They never admit defeat: “Mr. President,” said the Minister of Foreign Affairs, “Our country has learned to fight for its destiny. The 20th century began with a blockade of our Caribbean coast and a coup d'état against the nationalist general, Cipriano Castro, financed by oil companies and the United States government. It was a century marked by bitter conflicts between the ideal of a nation demanding the sovereign enjoyment of its resources for development and puppet governments that subjected our country to foreign and imperialist interests. These subservient governments kept Venezuela in poverty and subjected it to the most odious repression for decades.” They don't care about others because they are “slaves.” Natural rights must be respected, and that is the objective of their respective governments.
We are not surprised by this behavior from the United States of America, since they have not abolished slavery and, for them, the government aims to ensure the effectiveness of the “natural and imprescriptible rights of man,” rights which are essentially enslaving in their focus on the individual, on “man,” according to the anthropology and politics of Thomas Hobbes, the very man who justifies and even recommends the conquest of any other nation by the conquest of rights, as in the state of nature, because there must be only one sovereign, in this case, the individual, in accordance with the concept of the natural individual, the basis and end of all political organization.
To return to Venezuela, the reality of the planet is a merciless and relentless confrontation between two groups of people: one claims to be seeking domination, the other, ignorant of all this, remains entrenched in its own identity. The Invincible General Jean-Jacques Dessalines lays down the law: “Yes, we have returned war for war to these true cannibals, crimes for crimes, outrages for outrages,” Dessalines. The white supremacists are trapped; they are doing everything they can to get out of it. This explains the chaos. Need we emphasize it! Incidentally, the Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs is lacking in education. On this point, he speaks for himself, not for Venezuela, which he defends very well. We have nothing against his admiration for Simón Bolívar. A contrary attitude would displease us, but he must remain within the bounds of what is proper. Francesco de Miranda would not have subordinated the Black Resistance fighters to Simón Bolívar, even if the latter had achieved a spectacular victory. When the Invincible General Jean-Jacques Dessalines defeated Napoleon Bonaparte's army and then proclaimed, on November 29, 1803, in Dessalines, the headquarters town that became, by that very fact, the capital of the ensuing Eternal Empire of Haiti, the Gwqmunition of the Unsubmissive and Indomitable People, the great resistance fighter Francesco de Miranda came to see him in person to discuss it with him, and the General, forever victorious over white supremacy, shared his wisdom with him, Francesco de Miranda. This was undoubtedly greatly appreciated, since after his death, Simón Bolívar retraced his steps; in other words, he too came to Haiti. This clearly shows that our struggle, to this day, is and remains the same. It will always be this way as long as slave owners fail to understand that no one IS meant to serve, that is, to be under the domination of another. What we have just said is not a matter of controversy; there never will be one between our two Peoples and our two Countries. The Republican senator from Florida clearly expressed the slave-owning nature of his country: “America,” said Rick Scott, “will take care of the Southern Hemisphere and we will make sure there is freedom and democracy.” This is precisely what is called “enslavement,” that is, placing others under our authority, which amounts to denying them their full capacity to govern themselves. Others will not allow this to happen, as is the case with Venezuela. Along the same lines, the Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs states: “It was at the end of the last century, in 1999, that the Venezuelan people managed to summon all the historical strength they had accumulated during decades of struggle to create a project for an independent, just, and sovereign country. This project, inspired by the ideals of Bolívar and led by an extraordinary leader, Commander Hugo Chávez, was able to mobilize a powerful popular movement to carry out a peaceful and democratic revolution.” Mr. President, from the very first day, President Chavez courageously pursued a nationalist and sovereign oil policy and embarked on a historic undertaking to restructure the organization of oil-exporting countries as an essential multilateral instrument and a guarantor of energy security in the world. Today, twenty-six years later, world public opinion and the peoples of the world are well aware of everything the United States government did to overthrow Commander Chavez and destroy this historic liberation project, supported repeatedly by the Venezuelan people in thirty-two elections. Following President Chavez's death, the people ratified, in several electoral and political events, the historic project of Venezuelan emancipation led by President Nicolás Maduro. We are also very familiar, because it is widely documented, with the war that has been waged against us, by all means, the criminal aggression of the last decade, to seize Venezuela's natural resources and bring about regime change.” There, the word is out! This is, without a doubt, the reason for the burning desire to attack Venezuela!
Dictating conduct is not the only benefit of white supremacy. A “slave” remains a “slave” to slave owners because they do not own themselves and, consequently, can own nothing. Everything therefore reverts to the “master.” Venezuela, it is said, holds the largest oil reserves, in addition to emeralds, gas, minerals, land, technology, etc., and its territory is immensely vast.
It is the slave-owning government that leads the conquest for its citizens. The purpose of this conduct is to maintain the people's dependence by blocking their capacity for calculation through the saturation of their thinking. It lets everything slide; in short, it is indistinguishable from the “master.” Why is this? Because we act largely through thought. What we know about something is the thought we have about it. Thought produces other thoughts from those that reside within it, and so on. By acting according to the thoughts of others, we end up seeing ourselves as they do and mistaking ourselves for them. This is the trap of dictated conduct.
Conquest, in many cases, creates subjugated people and brings goods and resources. One cannot possess anything if one does not possess oneself. This clearly states that someone who does not possess themselves cannot lead themselves nor can be an owner; this is the profound meaning of the following statement: “America,” says Rick Scott, “will take care of the Southern Hemisphere and we will make sure there is freedom and democracy.” This senator is not “crazy”; he knows what he is saying. He is talking about people who are not their own people, therefore “slaves,” people made to be dominated. Consequently, it is not up to them to govern themselves.
“Slavery” knows no time; its structure is unchanging. The same cannot be said for the means of its actual development. The means are constantly evolving; this is the case with technology. Technology, too, is changing. This is because it is a constant race to reach the objective. Technology allows progress toward domination and also protection, preventing oneself from being dominated. This explains the rivalry between the powerful figures of this worldview. It is not only technology that evolves, always in the direction of the dominant ideology, namely domination or the "realized" human being. Labor and resource exploitation find themselves in the same situation. In the past, the majority of activities were concentrated in agriculture. The more other forms of resources are discovered, the more production changes. Financing develops accordingly, ultimately taking an excessive leap forward. The exploitation of mineral resources occupies center stage, and with it, finance. Financiers do not replace the settlers, since they have always been part of the system, but rather become the sole settlers. Governments are subservient to them, and they dictate domestic policy. Bankers are in control. Citizens are worthless in their eyes; they can even overturn measures taken to benefit them. In other words, they impose their own policies. Hence the significance of the words of the Canadian slave owner Jean-Louis Roy: “There is one thing that is non-negotiable, and that is respect for human rights. On this point, the international community must share the same standards: political rights, economic rights, and social rights.” These standards are created by men, of whom Jean-Louis Roy is one. So this guy defends his illusory territory. He positions himself as “master.”
The “Master” and the False Reasons
The “master” is not a simple title. It evokes, as stated in the ideology of the “slave,” the right to everything and to do everything. The designation must not become commonplace, like the schoolteacher. Its legitimacy, again according to the ideology in question, lies in the gods, for some people, and in nature for others. Each of these two references represents the greatest force on earth, according to the people in question. The master is man, the being who represents him because he is made in his image. The justification for his actions lies within him, it must be understood here.
Everything he does is right. The very act of thinking about it finds its justification within him because he thinks in terms of his own interests. He comes first and foremost.
However, not all white people, despite all the advantages they enjoy simply by virtue of their light skin, subscribe to white ideology. White people, plain and simple, challenge this harmful ideology. Some of them are very powerful and can confront whiteism head-on. In a democratic society, that is, one where power is attained through voting, ordinary white people can harm whiteists by blocking their path. All of this publicly tempers the criminal impulses of some whiteists, even if whiteness forms the basis of society. They represent the majority of society. Internal pressure carries significant weight and deters many. They operate behind the scenes. So, to conceal the criminality of their actions, they seek to give them an external, that is, objective, justification. This protects them from the potential rage of white people.
The problem, they believe, is nonexistent, so they invent one. They rely on the immediate internal support of their peers to inflate the case. Externally, they can always count on those who share their faith. They will certainly be challenged everywhere, but the voice of their peers supports them as a counterweight. In this case, the reasons they give for their actions are necessarily false. Many of us remember the case of Iraq at the beginning of the century. The stated reason was the possession of weapons of mass destruction. In 2003, the general responsible for the aggression, Colin Powell, went to the UN to present evidence to that effect. However, the presentation did not meet the criteria for truth. This is understandable, since it was false. They waged war and plundered what they coveted: the country's wealth and resources. They also assassinated President Saddam Hussein, whom they portrayed as a monster, and heaped scorn upon him. General Colin Powell would later admit that he had knowingly lied to justify the US invasion of Iraq. Today, the issue at hand regarding a potential invasion of Venezuela is drugs. However, experts in the field, as well as intelligent people—mostly white—have debunked the stated reason, highlighting its absurdity. Their objective is to steal Venezuelan oil and mineral resources, and to assassinate President Nicolás Maduro, who stands in the way of their control. They smear all their victims to justify their crimes. Nothing they say about their adversaries is true. All they're doing is getting rid of an extremely troublesome opponent. They can't help but do it unless they do it openly, despite the enormous risk.
Another Oil Invasion Announced
The news has just broken: the conqueror Donald Trump has put Nigeria, a Black country, a country that is nevertheless very close to his harmful policies, and his gang in the crosshairs of white supremacists. He announced, roughly, this: “If the Nigerian government continues to allow the murder of Christians, the United States will immediately terminate all aid and assistance to the country and may intervene in this disgraced country to annihilate the Islamist terrorists responsible for its heinous crimes. I have instructed our War Department to prepare for a possible intervention, which will be short and bitter, like those terrorists who attack our beloved Christians. The Nigerian government had better hurry.” There is apparently great pressure on the Nigerian government, primarily the president. This is strategic. The President of the United States is seeking to predispose the Nigerian head of state to allow him to seize Nigeria’s oil and mineral resources. The country is prosperous and is the continent's largest oil exporter. Why do we say this? Because President Donald Trump knowingly lied. There are serious security problems there, in Nigeria, but there are no massacres of a specific group of people, for example, Christians. No one, regardless of their religious affiliation, is safe. Besides, none of this has anything to do with religion. This kind of insecurity is a hallmark of white supremacy, used to sow chaos in order to conquer and appropriate resources and people according to the ideology of white supremacy. It's the same situation in Haiti. This isn't a gangster problem, but a problem of foot soldiers, a military corps established and managed by white supremacists, who operate in Haiti on behalf of the perennial slave owners, under the leadership of the chief, and assisted by the former Republic of Haiti, and now by the amorphous multitude known as the Bunda Qmr. In Haiti, in the Land of the Empire of Haiti, firstly there is the Empire of Haiti, therefore, the Members or Citizens, therefore the EarthliTgs, Unsubdued Land because it is Invincible, an invaluable treasure, and, secondly, the Land is overflowing with resources, notably oil (in abundance) and black earth.
Jean Jacques Dessalines and Ancestry
On January 25, 1804, the Victorious General of White France, the Invincible Jean Jacques Dessalines, was named Emperor of Haiti, a title that was not given out in the traditional sense. He was the one who would establish the Eternal Empire of Haiti in the world. This is not a new path, but the same one, the Dessalinian path, the path of the Yun People who have led the Triumphant Ancestral Resistance since the beginning.
We are entering the final phase, according to the Plan of Our God, Good God, Maatmaangala. If you have no idea about Municipal Production, Ancestry, and the Dessalinian path, sit down quietly, you are about to discover a new, even more monumental aspect of Jean Jacques Dessalines, this son raised by Agbawaya Toya.
On February 15, 1804, Jean Jacques, the Eternal Victor over Napoleon Bonaparte, submitted his letter of acceptance. The first paragraph is rich in wisdom, which reads as follows: “If any considerations justify in my eyes the august title that your confidence bestows upon me, it is undoubtedly my zeal in safeguarding the Empire, and my will to consolidate our enterprise, an enterprise that will give us, to the nations least friendly to liberty, not the opinion of a mass of slaves, but that of men who value their independence above all else, even at the expense of the consideration that powers never grant to peoples who, like you, are partisans of their own liberty, who have not needed to beg for foreign aid to shatter the idol to which we sacrifice.” Let us briefly analyze these magnificent words to access the profound wisdom of His Majesty the Invincible General and Eternal Emperor Jacques I!
Let us begin: “If any considerations justify in my eyes the august title ( ), it is undoubtedly my zeal to watch over the salvation of the Empire.” The Empire here is a priori, in the sense that it is not yet in the sensible world. The “Empire” mentioned here is the blueprint of our body; it is drawn from Eternity, from the thought of Our God, Good Lord. It is about to become aware through the Victory and the Appointment of Jean Jacques Dessalines, son raised by Agbawaya Toya. For this reason, Jean Jacques Dessalines speaks of it as the final stage of his Work: “it is my will to consolidate our enterprise.” The consolidation of the enterprise is not the proclamation of our Gwqmunicipality but the entire Ancestral Resistance. We are reaching the endpoint. Everything that has been undertaken finds its immediate purpose here, a Work that reveals what is not accessible through sensibility, our Munal Body and its internal functioning. He continues by saying: “an enterprise that will give of us.” There is a close link between “the enterprise” and “us”; it reveals “us” to the world. It is not about our physicality but the internal, therefore beneficial, capacity of our being. The world will read in the Empire of AYITI what we are within ourselves because it is a colossal Work, a shift in the municipal being. Unprecedented! Let us remember that we are in a context where others speak of “Us.” What do they say? They tell the world, in our place, what we are. We saw this above.
But we will speak of ourselves through “the Enterprise,” the Empire of AYITI. This is not an unreal interlocutor, but a well-defined and sensitive one: “to the nations least friendly to liberty.” Here, the word “liberty” is not used in the white supremacist sense of the term, because this meaning is inappropriate for them, something they detest. This liberty is external to them. Who are these nations? They are the white supremacists: “not the opinion of a mass of slaves.” They are those who speak of us as “slaves.” What is Jean-Jacques Dessalines pointing out about rights in this phrase? It is the capacity for knowledge. “The slave” is deprived of it, according to white supremacism. This is why he (or she) is incapable of great production. If you have already forgotten, go back and look at what they say about us above, and you will understand that this is a critique of all of this that Jean-Jacques Dessalines is making through his response to his nomination. Jean-Jacques Dessalines speaks of us, he reveals to us what we are, on the roof of the planet. The Empire of Haiti is the work of people of great intellectual capacity and indeed of great knowledge, which follows from this. The Empire of Haiti highlights the essence of our being: “but that of men who cherish their independence.” Let us put the word “man” in parentheses; it is the handicap of the French language. It is limited to the emptiness of man. Today the problem is solved; we use our own terms to express our own conceptions. Language is an instrument at our service, not the other way around. It is enriched, of course.
Let's return to the proposition! There are two terms that interest us here. They are properties of our unity. They are “Independence” and “predilection.” First, the term “Independence” is symbiotic with the expression “not a mass of slaves.” “The slave” is presented as someone who needs a master to dictate their conduct since they cannot manage it alone. However, here, not being a “slave,” they are necessarily in themselves, by themselves, and for themselves. This is the being that we are. Jean-Jacques Dessalines' logic is implacable. Through this semantic relationship, Jean-Jacques Dessalines highlights the Muc, Self-Affirmation, a Substance that exists only in itself, by itself, and for itself. He repels the layer of toxic sand that the natural enemy wanted to pour over the being. Jean-Jacques Dessalines highlights this, alone, before the stage of the La. It is not one of the characteristics of the communal being to shine by its presence, not to be encumbered or in the darkness in the shadow of others, but the effect of the entire being. It is the unabsorbability of the mun as a complete being, which has everything a being of communal stature should have. The other property is the choice of oneself by oneself, based certainly on the acute knowledge of Self. This presence of self to self is a kind of inclination towards Self. The mun is the Muc that wills itself to be infinite. This inclination permanent and irreversible allows it to remain forever with itself; it is impossible to desert the place of Self, a unity. This goes hand in hand with the expression of ourselves that is discussed in Bukmqn's speech: “the Voice that speaks to us from within,” he says. This Voice is our very being speaking to us. It is our Gwqmunality, what we call freedom, our Expression of ourselves, and our Protection. It invites us to remain with ourselves, “to fight and above all to Conquer,” in short, to live ourselves. This is why: “...to the peoples who, like you, are advocates of their own freedom.” Our freedom is opposed to that of whiteness; it is specific to us. It descends directly from what we are. It is in our Gwqmuality. Its project comes from the constitutive sum of ourselves. This is why it invites us to “walk in other footsteps” in opposition to those of whiteness. It distances us from the slave owners for our own benefit. Communal freedom, because it is unique to us, is the antithesis of the freedom of the white people, an empty being that seeks to create an effective future for itself without hesitating to resort to the very height of horror, even for the simple pleasure of doing so. This freedom is a counter-order and a carte blanche for disorder. It is the feeling of nothingness; whiteness feels itself to exist solely in the act of destruction. It is a zone of permanent turbulence. However, communal freedom is in perfect harmony with something real, something to which we are not strangers: the Communal Self, which is, consequently, our own. It is the guarantee and the security of the tranquility of the Badr people, far from the turbulence of the void caused by its incessant quest for a self, an external self that recedes every time we move in its direction. Those who speak of our relentless, constant, irrevocable, and victorious struggle against our natural enemy, whiteness, in terms of “achieving humanity” are fools, and therefore, illiterate. Our fight against defined Evil is that of the Muc, which neither will nor can die, and which culminates in Eternal Victory: “The people inhabiting the island formerly called Saint-Domingue hereby agree to form themselves into a free, sovereign, and independent state, free from all other powers in the universe, under the name of the Empire of Haiti.” This is the Muc of which the Eternal Empire of AYITI is the embodiment, an essence in itself!
It follows that “Slavery is forever abolished.” The abolition of slavery, promulgated in Dessalines, the capital of the Haitian Empire, on May 20, 1805, is not equivalent to a whistle ending a football match or a bell signaling the end of recess at primary school. Of course, there is that aspect too, because, like all discourse, there is the phatic aspect, the primary meaning of the statement, its grammatical sense. However, we must also add the rhetic aspect, its secondary meaning, what is announced through the sentence, here the respect that is irrevocably attached to the Human Being because it is not a product of the mind, something purely human, and therefore an illusion. The Human Being is independent of all conceptions, except that of Our God, Good Lord. This point of abolition is unattainable. The proof is once and for all.
Force does not accomplish things, but it certainly breeds force. This is why Jean-Jacques Dessalines fought on two fronts. The Ofowuité (a term referring to a specific type of resistance or stance) supports force. The Muc (a specific term referring to a specific type of resistance or stance) allowed our ancestors to prevail on both fronts. Jean-Jacques Dessalines, through his speeches, explains why he constantly said: “We are not slaves, we are condemned to farm work.” This is not a deliberate choice, as it is always a confrontation. The conflict of 1791 is very revealing. In fact, this is not colonization, for two reasons.
The first is self-assertion, therefore there is no hold over the people; the second is the constant war. Furthermore, the group of people called “sons of Africans” were not part of the slave system. What we are facing is appropriation. They call themselves “masters” and they seize them by force. As for the structure, no, certainly not, we were not part of it. Otherwise, it would be a contradiction in terms because, as we saw above, we, according to their anthropological thinking, are not “men.” What follows firmly supports this. On October 27, 1791, news of the Negro-Jelefween counter-attack reached the metropolis, and the subsequent decree of December 7, 1791, which was adopted by the Assembly, stated the following: “The troops must subdue the Blacks without harming the people of color.” The proposition confirms the absence of structure, favoring appropriation. On this occasion, Toussaint L'Ouverture addressed these words to the French government: “I personally guarantee the submission, order, and devotion to France of my Black brothers.” We are clearly outside the slave system. And to reinforce this, let us add the following to our memory. The French general, Donatien Rochambeau, a powerful criminal, certainly a product of white supremacy,
after taking command, had Jean-Jacques Dessalines say: “I will not shoot you like a soldier nor hang you like a white man… …I will have you whipped to death like a slave.” Rochambeau does not recognize the three traits in Jean-Jacques Dessalines: “soldier,” “white man,” and “slave.” Jean-Jacques Dessalines is clearly none of the three, according to the meaning of General Rochambeau's proposition. Let us conclude with these words of Napoleon Bonaparte, taken from his book, Confessions, in 1816: “I must reproach myself for an attempt on this colony during the consulate. It was a great mistake to have wanted to subdue it by force.” He is speaking, of course, of AYITI. We, Earthlings, are indomitable, and this is irreversible. The Eternal Empire of AYITI, erected by the Ancestral People, the Original People, is tangible proof of this. Since then, we have officially entered the Dessalinian Era.
The effectiveness of the ferocity of whiteness today
We cannot say, looking at what is unfolding before our eyes, that the
ferocity of whiteness is unleashed even more, since it has already reached its peak and non-whites, particularly Earthlings, that is, Black people, are at the height of horror. To corroborate all of this, let us turn to these highly important words: “France,” replied the Invincible General Jean-Jacques Dessalines, to the French general Quentin, is a monster that the earth is swallowing too slowly, for the happiness (Blrz) of the Black men and women.” Every reproach addressed to the French is valid for all other white people because they are driven by the same human substance and the same ideology of “the slave” that emanates from it, and consequently, they all act in the same way. In other words, the justification for these remarks addressed to France lies in its whiteness, which is common to all white people. It is the very essence of the matter. Ferocity could only diminish, but alas, that would be contrary to all logic because it is defined as the means, the surest means, of bringing about oneself, and man, that is, whiteness, is still not even at the beginning of his objective. Rage is rather at its peak. No doubt, the height of cruelty remains, but its effectiveness is evolving more and more, especially with the arrival on the scene of technology, which inevitably, by its very nature, appears to support the cause.
Unlike the white people, our task is to journey towards the Negro-divinity, that is, Perfection, which is the culmination of what we are, and to submit it to others, firstly through our conduct, what Jean-Jacques Dessalines calls the Empire of Haiti, the Sensibility of the Muc, being in itself, by itself, and for itself, and secondly, through discourse, the art of persuasion, that is, teaching. We intend to carry out our Mission in the world. Nothing and no one can thwart us because we act under the direction of the Muc, the irreversible, that is to say, the Unsubmissive, the Indomitable, and the Irresistibly Inclined towards its completion. We, the Kwry way of speaking of Muc, a kind of plurality within singularity, what we call Ubuntu, will always be omunon¼, substantially identical to ourselves, the effect of our Gwqmuality.
Our Muc, so calm, so gentle, so velvety in our relationship with the environment, our Unity, the Total-capital resulting from Interdependence
Original Global, that which underlies the La, this first reality, the Muc, also possesses a face more powerful than the mass of gas constituting the sun in the presence of any contrary and contradictory power, which mass of gas, which neither slumbers nor sleeps, is always ready to erase forever any void under the pressure of the residue in human pathology.
The Muc, which is essentially a massiveness and complexity resulting from interdependence and independence, a kind of immanence and transcendence for acting in Itself, by Itself, and For Itself, aims, through its initial activity, at immediacy, that is, the acting group, the People—because one thinks for oneself and then acts for oneself first—and at the environment, in other words, the Empire of AYITI, its place of being and proper existence. First and foremost, one immediately perseveres in the Self. The same necessarily applies to the Empire of AYITI since it is its manifestation in the sensible world. Its immediacy is its extensity, which is the Founding People, who are, without a doubt, the Great Black People of planet Earth. Its extent, in turn, encompasses all peoples, wherever they may be, who arrived from the ancestral continent following the raid, or "the conquest of slaves," an aspect of the ideology of "the slave," and the deportation to the Masuana continent, ridiculously called America. We worked together to succeed, on both sides, in repelling the true cannibal, our natural enemy, namely, whiteness, the bacterium that devours Black men and women, until the irreversible establishment of the Empire of Haiti, an undertaking of the son raised by Agbawaya Toya, Jean-Jacques Dessalines.
Given the reality of the situation, the Sensibility of Muc, the Eternal Empire of AYITI does not accept, and cannot accept, the presence of any power in its existential sphere. The Powerful Scholar on this matter, Jean-Jacques Dessalines, is very categorical on this point:
“They are not our brothers, they never will be.” Therefore, the Empire of AYITI finds no benefit in them. Jean-Jacques Dessalines is not stating the antinomic nature of the two groups here, but rather their antipodal nature. Our conception of ourselves is fundamentally opposed to that of whiteness, and the two will always be incompatible. Consequently, “if they find refuge among us,” emphasizes the Eternal Victor over Napoleon Bonaparte, “they will still be the instigators of our troubles and divisions.” This is the very reason for their expulsion from our sphere: “Blacks and yellows, whom the refined duplicity of Europeans has so long sought to divide, you who today form but one whole, one single family…”. They can only live by the antinomy between others. Since this is the case, they do everything to plant it among people. Their community is based on mistreatment. They pit people against one another. Their way of life is every man for himself, in everything, even the family. That is precisely their legal system. Whereas for us, it is Ubuntu, an undeniable unity: “Maintain,” continues Jean-Jacques Dessalines, “this precious concord, this happy harmony among you; it is the guarantee of your happiness, your salvation, your successes; “This is the secret to being invincible,” page 28, Dessalines, April 28, 1804. “Concord” is unity. Ubuntu is its practice. Unity and Ubuntu are fundamentally the same thing; in practice, this whole manifests itself. Hence, invincibility! Thus, without hesitation, Jean-Jacques Dessalines affirms: “There is nothing in common between the white men, who are slave owners, and us.” And that’s not all: “And what a dishonorable absurdity it is to conquer only to become slaves,” he emphasizes. This vocabulary is very familiar to us now; there's no need to dwell on it. When the white people come towards you, they seek to take everything from you, even your very essence, the Muc, if that were possible, in order to dominate you. Thus, the white people, not forgetting their kind, have nothing to offer us. They are therefore beyond the pale.
Knowing all this, what is to be done? Let us leave it to the Eternal Victor, Jean-Jacques Dessalines, with his great wisdom, to answer the question: "We have dared to be free, let us dare to be free by ourselves and for ourselves." The science of Ourselves, the Dqmbala, constantly returns; so, "Let us follow other paths," continues Jean-Jacques Dessalines. We have everything because we have ourselves. The Muc takes its place before all of us, Jean Jacques Dessalines specifies. What did this lead to? "The people inhabiting the island formerly called Saint-Domingue hereby agree to form themselves into a free, sovereign, and independent state, untouched by any other power in the world, under the name of the Empire of Haiti."
Thus, “slavery is forever abolished.”
“No white person, regardless of their nation, will ever set foot on this territory as master or owner, nor will they ever acquire any property here in the future.” There is no longer any place for man, the great evil of the planet, in our sphere. We are what we are in opposition to men, particularly white men and their henchmen.
Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the Eternal Victor over Napoleon Bonaparte, does not mince words when defining ancestral space, here in Masuana as well as
in Gelefwe, the ancestral continent. It is clearly stated that the Territory of the Empire of Haiti is hostile to all slave traders and that this space is unconditionally forbidden to them. The purity, always unconditionally, of our Imperial Territory is established. Our Nation is not bound to any outside power, because of its impurity. We stand united. This attitude is necessary and indispensable to the Muc, in other words, it is dictated by it.
Let's begin with Masuana! The Black men and women, then the Earthlings and Earthlings, wherever they may be on the Masuana continent, naturally belong to the Eternal Empire of AYTI, the Toya-Dessalines Empire, the Ancestral Empire. Their mere presence spontaneously liberates the Territory on which they stand, which becomes an integral part of everyone, since they cannot exist without the environment, their sustenance. Thus, everything is inclusive. The conquering country, which is still on the plundered territory, has the simple obligation to erect a sealed border between itself and the Ancestral People. This is a necessity and cannot be denied. If this has not been done at the same time, it must announce it without delay. Otherwise, it is enslavement. There is nothing in common between the Earthling People and white supremacist organizations. Moreover, they are the first to proclaim it. In the absence of defined borders, they are in violation of imperial legislation because we have abolished forever “slavery,” as we know, enslavement.
It is not only the Haitian Empire that is trapping them. Now they are also in trouble with themselves since, through international law, their own law, they have abolished “slavery” and defined its practice as a “crime against humanity.” They are forced to obey their own law.
They can voluntarily decide not to submit to their own international law. We understand that the question of enslavement is not a simple matter because whiteness cannot exist outside of domination. Separating oneself from it amounts to denying oneself. This movement is contrary to the nature of whiteness; it is contradictory to it and, therefore, impossible. If they knowingly violate the law and knowingly trample on its consequences, by their behavior, they invite others to do the same. This automatically puts an end to the law in question. It goes without saying that the absence of international law inevitably leads to the collapse of any system of slavery instead of maintaining it, whatever its nature. All that remains are moral values, which are neither universal nor binding. They are only valid internally. By wanting everything, they lose everything. That is where we will lead them, since slavery is forever abolished. There is no way out.
The same applies to Gelefwe. The Eternal Empire of AYITI, being the creation of Earthlings, encompasses them all. It entered the sensory world to protect them indiscriminately from this bacterium. The Empire of AYITI is a firm and irreversible response to savagery, institutionalized savagery, or civilizational savagery, initiated by whiteness. Its devastating flames, like those of the sun, mercilessly melt all the works of whiteness. The Empire of AYITI puts everything back in its place. Our own kingdoms are finally freed; they can continue their respective missions. All Earthlings who believe in it—in other words, who believe in their Divine Substance, their very Being—are compelled to join them in this Magnificent Undertaking. The configuration of the Great People of Earth is and remains the same. It is the guarantor of the Earth's katrl. Nothing can impose anything upon them; their Existential Sphere is already mapped out. It is up to them, and them alone, but according to the Irrevocable ancestral foundation, to make changes that facilitate the achievement of their objective. Their Existential Sphere, which is that of the Great Earthling People of the planet, is and remains Black. This is irreversible. Nothing and no one can touch it. The Eternal Empire of AYITI makes such a misinterpretation impossible forever.
The Erection of the Empire of AYITI also has as its immediate objective the protection of Ancestry, which carries the project of the Self's fulfillment. The two go hand in hand. The Self is the foundation of the project, which rests on the understanding of the Self. The two constitute Ancestry. The Eternal Empire of AYITI is the Sensible Manifestation of Ancestry, the Self, at its best, the Mun, and the Dqmbala. It is within this framework that the Empire of AYITI has the irrevocable responsibility of safeguarding ancestral kingdoms and respecting the Ancestral Framework. It must be understood that these are people who have known the height of cruelty, Earthlings who have directly experienced this horrific ordeal, who first rose to unity and then worked towards the Erection of the Empire of AYITI. They necessarily had a dual, overarching objective: the protection of their way of being in the world and the pursuit of the path toward Negro-divinity, that is, Perfection, which is the fulfillment of the Munal Being, that which is inscribed within Being, Its Substance, as the support for the Manifestation of the Presence of Our God, Good God, GwqmrtLa, as we call it in our language, Gelefwo-masuana.
That being said, ancestral kingdoms cannot possibly exist within the framework of slavery, a white supremacist order. We are talking about an unparalleled act of audacity: creating countries upon our kingdoms, using the people of these lands for the own needs of our natural enemy, as Jean-Jacques Dessalines defined it, seizing their possessions, their cultural works of inexpressible significance, their resources, opening a training ground to create future servants, and so on. When our Ancestors, and only our Ancestors, abolished slavery on this earth, all of this was forever erased, unconditionally. The Empire of Haiti has spoken, and its word is forever indestructible. It is the prerogative of the Eternal Empire of Haiti, and of it alone, more precisely, of its Authority, which is the reigning Emperor or Empress, to speak in this regard. The white supremacist order, the establishment of slavery, must be seen as an encirclement, and indeed it is. What is obviously hindered in this situation is the Muc (Muslim Community). Anyone who works within this vile enclosure and asserts themselves within it is enslaved, and therefore a stranger to the Great Black People of planet Earth. This is not a question of birthplace or skin color, but of vivasional belonging, a way of being in the world.
The declaration of the abolition of slavery by the Authority of the Empire of Haiti, His Majesty the Invincible General and Eternal Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines, has forever shattered the white supremacist order and henceforth allows all our Ancestral kingdoms to operate within themselves, by themselves, and for themselves. Such behavior is necessarily in accordance with our Munal Substance and the Will of Our God, Good Lord, which is our Soil. Our ancestral royalty is indispensable for us to remain in conformity with Ancestry. They are, in every respect, our basic Gwqmunity. This is because they all carry within them an essential element, Royal Ancestry or Royal Ancestry. It is the primary element, that with which all Initial Royalty and all Future Royalty are endowed to be Ancestral. Royal Ancestry or Royal Ancestry is, of course, imbued with Munal Substance, our Self, since this is that upon which Ancestry is based. Ancestral Royalty is the only way to be Black or earthling in the world. It defines us. It is not transferable; it exists and is maintained in the perpetuity of the organizational structure, namely the Ancestral Royalty. Royal Ancestry is our Primary Heritage. It is what makes us all an ancestral bloc. Otherwise, the descendants of Earthlings, for we are the First Inhabitants of planet Earth, therefore the Indigenous Peoples, would be part of the ancestral bloc. This means that genetics alone is not enough. All of this clearly reveals why Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the son raised by Agbawaya Toya in the Ancestral Way, hesitated before the term "Empire"; he clearly feared the break with the Ancestral Royalty. This Initial Essence is a divine and communal mixture. Surrounded by Earthlings deeply imbued with ancestral life, structure, and conduct, he found the irrevocable path. Therefore, it is not without reason that the Divine Missionary, the Invincible Jean Jacques Dessalines, insists on the Foundation resulting from Divine Decrees and Immortality, and thus Eternity, of the Empire of AYITI. There has been no deviation. The Eternal Empire of AYITI springs forth, like a plant, from ancestral kingdoms. We cannot do without Ancestral Royalty, the indelible signature of our Organization. Wherever we are, ancestral royalty is fully our royalty, by Ancestry, of course. It would be absurd to be the Way of Existence on Earth, existence, the art of living in complete harmony with our Substance, and to allow the greatest Evil of all, the Evil of which we are the first and principal victims, to operate triumphantly among us, through the unashamed teaching and practice of the thoughts of enslavement. It is our responsibility to call to order all those who walk, shamelessly, in the white man's mindset on the First Ancestral Territory, OUR HOME.
No sphere of influence
The Empire of AYITI, Empire of Muc, is, as its Name indicates, rigorously within itself. In other words, it is hermetically sealed. This means, without ambiguity, that anything foreign to it has no place there. It does not engage in dialogue with emptiness. What is not itself is disturbing. Its sphere is exclusive to it. This means that its waters belong to it and to it alone. International waters are unconditionally accessible to it. The same is true of its airspace. The other is not welcome in its air. There is no need to speak of its land. All of this constitutes its Territory, its exclusive Territory. There is exclusive internal circulation. There is also interpenetration in all respects, in the sense that the Great Black People move freely between the points of Empire. There is no conflict. The outside world cannot decide anything for Us. Any external action directed towards us is dictated by the concept of enslavement, the slave way of life, following the ideology of slave owners, particularly white supremacy, an incurable and severe cancer of planet Earth, and ultimately, anti-establishment. It necessarily calls for national or international legal measures, as appropriate.
The Eternal Empire of AYTI is not a member of any international organization, nor can it be a member of any international organization. This Nation is within us, through us, and for us. Others have no say in it. His Majesty the Eternal Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines evoked it in these terms: “What people fought for us! What people would want to reap the fruits of our labors?” Dessalines, January 1, 1804. These words were spoken within the framework of the operation to keep all outside peoples at bay. This is a matter of fundamental necessity. The Empire of Haiti is therefore not bound to conform to any external voice, which is, by its very nature, discordant and ineffective. The citizens of the Empire of Haiti are not subject to any external legislation. It has nothing to do with international law. When it addresses an external body tasked with maintaining order within its borders, it is only to report the presence of clearly identified criminals within its borders so that it may apply the law, its law. As for the Empire of Haiti, it is concerned with what happens within its own territory, which is part of itself. We have laws against these crimes. We can therefore deal with them. But this is not the case abroad. That is why we seek their collaboration, not as partners. Once again, we call upon them as guardians of their conduct, as stakeholders in their institutional being. The crimes in question are indeed committed within our borders, but they are currently outside our sphere of influence. We have no influence over them, just as they have no influence over US. Given that this specific act is a crime for them as well, we are reporting it so that they may act accordingly. Beyond this significant act, no collaboration is possible in this area.
In the Empire of AYITI, there is only one Authority: the Empress or the Emperor, therefore the Prince or the Princess. The Authority of the Empire of AYITI is exercised through the Body established by the ancestral monarchies themselves, an adapted version, always within the Ancestral Thought to which we are all subject, since it is Us. The adapted ancestral royal version, like us, establishes an immediate protective body to ensure that the course of events conforms to Ancestry. Ours is called the Principate.
There is no diplomacy in the Empire of AYITI. With the outside world, it's all business, nothing but business. Our agreements are short-term so we can terminate them as quickly as possible in case of disagreement. There's more. We only do business with people who cultivate unconditional respect for others. Experience is key in this area. In the academic teaching of the Empire of AYITI, the aforementioned authors and their peers are excluded. It's not just the works in which they expose their bullshit and their hatred for Negresses but all their works, whatever they are. It goes without saying. It is impossible for us to do business with any country that authorizes the teaching of the aforementioned authors and excludes our authors from academic programming. As the other says, “Let every fool bray in his pasture”. All countries which are represented in secret groups and organizations with the aim of destabilizing and genocide us, often on our own territory, under cover of anonymity, are automatically excluded. The whiteists always resort to disguised kidnappings, then terrorist acts,
assassinations in multiple forms, for example, drones or infantrymen under the name of bandits, intermediaries, so-called targeted assassinations, etc., etc. These acts will not go unpunished, imperial law or external, international law, as the case may be, will be applied. Everything that enters our sphere and is identified, by the very act or otherwise, will be attributed to the State of its origin. The latter will automatically be charged and prosecuted before the international criminal court or the imperial people's court, as the case may be. There is no sphere of influence in the Empire.

The expansion of the AYITI Empire
Let’s move on to expanding the AYTI Empire! We must think of the Empire of AYITI as the municipal being. The municipal content is identical to the content of the Empire of AYITI. It is the decal. He is the manifestation of the mun in the sensible world. So the Empire of AYTI is intended for all the people of our world. The Munal Substance has already highlighted this. Jean Jacques Dessalines, the Founder, the one in whom the Empire of AYITI appears, takes great care to say that in addition to the Great Negro People of the Earth: “the Empire of AYTI, unlike the Ancestral People who do not have to expressing the desire to come, is open to all those, whatever their nationality, whatever their complexion, who express their desire to join.” The Eternal Empire of AYITI is the fullness of the lakort munal. At the reception, the Principate will work with them to put in place a mode of protection within them so that everyone, fully united, can exist, or live in full agreement with themselves, in themselves, by themselves, for themselves.
The Decree is in force from Friday December 19, 2025.
For the Imperial House of Dessalines, the Empire of Ayti, Eternal Empire of Tóya-Dessalines, Empire of Gwqmuniality, which the enemy and his gang, present on Our Imperial Territory, wrongly believed to have swallowed up forever:
HRH His Majesty Prince Weber Tiécoura Dessalines D'Orléans Charles Jean Baptiste, 7th of the Generation of the Imperial Couple, Marie Claire Heureuse Félicité Bonheur and Jean-Jacques Dessalines, 3rd of the line of Emperors of AYITI, and Guarantor of the wnity of lakort, the order of Us, and the Empire Tóya-Dessalines, Specialist and professor of the science of politics, theorist of politics, particularly of whiteness, and theorist of munality, i.e. VudUn Existentialism.
