Here is the long-awaited Day—the Day of reawakened Glory, our unparalleled Glory—
methodically obscured (though not to us) from 1806 to 2026!
LEKBA
October 17, 1806: the day that plunged many—along with those who would later become their supporters—into an infinitely dense darkness for having participated in the planet’s singular great crime: the physical assassination of Jean-Jacques Dessalines. He was the Eternal Victor over the principle of the Earth’s greatest Evil—*hommalité* (inhumanity)—of which "whiteness" (monstrosity personified) is the supreme form. Jean-Jacques Dessalines—forever Emperor of AYITI, the unsurpassable Source and Model of Greatness—stands, in this year of 2026, victorious in every respect and for all time; for Ancestrality continues—with resounding impact—its Divine Activities within the slumbering world, persisting in the wake of that misdeed as if nothing had happened. In other words, we are returning to the dawn of October 17, 1806—to the reality of the true trajectory, the natural state of Eternal Victory—so that the Sun of Unconquerable and Infinite Glory may continue to shine in its absolute fullness.
Today, the Children of our Ancestors—Children of the Eternal Empire of AYITI who constitute the People-State—are hard at work with boundless spirit. They are laboring with infinite Confidence, Honor, Glory, and Greatness on the governance—what we call *Gwqmunité*—of the greatest and most beautiful organizational achievement on planet Earth: a Work of exquisite beauty, for it exists in Itself, by Itself, and for Itself. There is no room here for the voice that comes from the outside—a voice that is irrefutably enslaving and, consequently, eternally our enemy. Our Voice and that of others are irreconcilable; ours is, in itself, irrevocable and eternal.
Anyone who stands apart from the march of the Eternal Empire of AYITI—the Ancestral Empire, the Empire of Toya-Dessalines—belongs to the outside. Whoever is not with Us, *hic et nunc*, is without a shadow of a doubt on the side of our natural enemy, whose primary objective is our destruction. Absent today means absent forever! Here, it is irrevocably *Our* domain. There is no place for those whose allegiance lies elsewhere than with Ancestrality! In other words, there can be no coexistence. Any such outsider currently on our soil is—in accordance with the Foundation of the Empire of AYITI, as clearly articulated in the speech of January 1, 1804, upon the presentation of the popular government—already *persona non grata* within the Empire of AYITI. We fought to secure this Country for ourselves—the Empire of AYTI: “Yes, we met those true cannibals with war for war, crime for crime, outrage for outrage”—so declared the Invincible General Jean-Jacques Dessalines. Now, in the natural order of things, it is up to the courts to do their job regarding any act of disobedience toward the Eternal Empire of AYITI or any manifest intent to enslave. Every single citizen bears the irrevocable responsibility of turning to the courts to severely punish the criminal. It takes but one citizen—at any level, whether domestic or international—to set the wheels of justice in motion. We are here on our own soil. Such is our law—a law that stands as an absolute truth. For no outside voice may be raised beneath the canopy of our own sky. Therein lies our Eternal Greatness! We owe this unique distinction to our Ancestors—men and women of profound wisdom—and above all to Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the one called upon to build our Nation, starting by driving those unspeakable beings out of our midst.
Let us take the time to read! The text is simple and accessible, yet powerful and vital. It contains everything needed to keep the flame of our *Être Munal* (our collective spirit) alive—an imperative for our Eternal Glory, which shall burn forever, an unquenchable fire.

A
As our Eternal Glory stirs, a bellowing gust of wind scatters the filthy, toxic clouds that had seized the Ancestral Sky—our life-giving firmament. Here we stand today, joyful beneath the radiant sun of Ancestrality, just as on the first day of the unending Victory—*Our* Victory! Indeed, it is a Victory, yet not a new one; it is the very same fire that ignites us now and will ignite us forever. We are certain of this, first because it is Eternal, and second because the experiences of the last two-plus centuries have vastly enriched us. Never again shall we allow those who do not share our organizational allegiances to take up residence on our soil—our Distinguished Soil. As victims of the vile practice of enslavement, it is entirely fitting that we oppose it with hatred—a visceral hatred.
Yet, it happened nonetheless. Indeed, those of limited intellect—and consequently, their excessive attachment to the *blancistes* (white-sympathizers)—insisted on carving out a small space for them within our Jewel-Abode, the Eternal Empire of AYITI, an achievement hitherto unknown to the world. Our Eternal and Exceptional Emperor, His Majesty Jean-Jacques Dessalines, warned us of the risk. They understood nothing of it, nor could they; the true cannibalism within them had severely impaired their so-called higher faculties. With supreme wisdom, Jean-Jacques Dessalines realized that to avert an internal clash—deemed dangerous and futile in that context—it was wiser to accede to their request, all the while intending to rectify the situation at the opportune moment. To this end, he enshrined an insurmountable obstacle in the Constitution: “Article 4. The armed force is essentially obedient; no armed body may deliberate.” The army is trapped here, regardless of the passage of time. This did not prevent the very thing he so dreaded—see the Decree: "The Whole Truth About October 17, 1806." The *bunda-qmr*, warped by their "male" nature and the teachings of *blancism*, have been rendered foolish—if they were not foolish already—and have acquiesced to their *blancist* automatism. As for the *blancists*, they are true cannibals—as the Great Scholar of Ancestrality, Jean-Jacques Dessalines, put it to highlight their drive to compel action at any cost—and he was not mistaken. The *blancists* have no brakes. Jean-Jacques Dessalines is infallible when speaking of these matters. They are not fit for association, the *blancists*. Jean-Jacques Dessalines’s understanding of this group of people—these derailed individuals, the inventors of races within a structural unity—aligns perfectly with reality.
The statement clearly implies that *blancists* are not fit for association, here or anywhere else. This is true for anyone with experience of life on earth. The Empire of AYITI holds a Decree issued by His Majesty Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines prohibiting Citizens from traveling abroad. The Eternal Emperor of AYITI is concerned with the superior quality of the Child of the Empire of AYITI—a Creation without equal, now and forever. He calls upon those already abroad to return home to the Empire of AYITI. The reason is deeply significant, and here again, His Majesty was right; for on the other side, conditions are unsuited to imperial citizenship—a matter of the utmost importance and indescribable value. It must be emphasized that the ban remains in effect. It will continue to be so for as long as things among those people fail to evolve.
There is no need to feel uncomfortable about this. This stance aligns with *Ofowuité*—the Will of Our God, the Good Lord. We are meant to be together, in the spirit of *Ubuntu*. Yet, it is imperative that we protect ourselves against anything destructive—anything that brings disgrace. In our specific context, our attitude is *ofowu* and, consequently, serves as a safeguard against the greatest Evil of all: *hommalité*—or, ultimately, *blancisme* (whiteness-ism), the source of *hommalasse*. They, however, rail against the presence of others in their midst simply because those others are... other. We should not worry about this—and indeed we do not—because it has always been this way. It is the continuation of an ideology—that of *blancisme*—which holds that anyone different from "us" (or from "people-like-us") is inherently low, vile, and deeply evil, and therefore must not and cannot be among us. Yet, it was they who came to us and settled here. We had no desire to approach these people. They were the ones who deported us to Europe and other encampments. This shows that they can approach us whenever it suits them. Even then, up to a point, they have always practiced a policy of exclusion—or at best, distancing—staged as a form of theater. They have always wanted to live among their own kind, far removed from the others—their victims—a desire that is unachievable because it is contradictory and incompatible with their ideology. It stems not from fear of others, but from a drive to assert a sense of worth—an incomprehensible one—and from sheer malice. They do not wish to mingle, yet they refuse to stay in their own space. They embody the spirit of contradiction, the product of a purely cerebral existence—an empty self seeking to define itself. This self-definition cannot occur without others—naturally requiring proximity—yet the self cannot tolerate their presence or even seeing them nearby. And yet, keeping others at a distance is, for them, suicidal. There is no way to choose, either. Everything in this context is flawed, starting with their "master-slave" anthropology. They want to speak without saying anything. How can they even entertain the idea of ??keeping us at a distance? Being beside another person does not mean identifying with them, nor does it mean losing one’s sentimentality—that self-imposed confinement—or the very sentimentality that breeds negativity toward the other. One is who one is, and it takes a great deal to cease being that. The refusal to be near another—to see them around oneself—stems from the harmful impulses generated by sentimentality: hating for the sheer pleasure of hating—a deranged state of mind, in short. One retreats into a poorly defined torment, the root cause of which is the anguish of existence itself.
Lately, this behavior has been spreading like a plague—constantly on the rise across European "nations" and their global extensions. They possess an insatiable craving to be among their own kind—even as they tear each other apart and kill one another—while traversing the globe to the detriment of other peoples. They reject the "other," yet refuse to stay away from the other’s lands. These people are driven by a death-impulse—what Jean-Jacques Dessalines termed "true cannibalism." We cannot accept their presence in our midst without maximizing the risk of our own destabilization and destruction; they, meanwhile, have nothing to fear.
Many among us feel guilty for having broken imperial law by leaving the country and even changing our nationality. That guilt is groundless. They have not left the Eternal Empire of AYITI. Both men and women departed from a false or merely apparent local administration—one that, against our interests, sought to impose itself as our own within a context of enslavement, a context reduced forever to ashes by the omnipotence of our Being. We left a restored form of enslavement—albeit one existing in the mental realm (a crucial distinction, given that the Imperial Territory itself is inviolable)—known as the Republic of Haiti, only to encounter the same enslavement "on the other side," for they were its architects there as well. It was the same here as it was there. The paperwork—the documents issued here—is worthless, lacking any territorial foundation. It is not a country in the true sense of the word. Whether here or there, you are prevented from acting as a citizen of the Eternal Empire of AYITI. What we are leaving behind is that intolerable situation—the root of all evils—not the Eternal Empire of AYITI. The situation is worse here because this is your home, yet you are unable to launch a vigorous counterattack fueled by the spirit of your own success. Whether you hold citizenship papers from here or from over there, it amounts to the same thing and holds no real value—firstly, because of your origin—the Eternal Empire of AYITI—and secondly, because the foreign citizenship is a sham. It offers you no protection because it fails to truly integrate you into the group. Is it a ruse? Obviously! The enslaver seeks to lull you into complacency so he can more easily ensnare you. He believes he can destroy the Eternal Empire of AYITI—which is you, your very Being—by destroying *you* from within, by taking possession of your inner self through deception. His goal is to get you to make room for him inside yourself by believing in him and his supposed good intentions. This is essential for maintaining the status quo—and thus his presence—on your home turf. It serves his interests well: he plunders assets and resources in the absence of strong—very strong—resistance. Above all, he wants to obscure his own downfall and, by extension, your Eternal Victory over him, while tricking you into unwittingly buying into his bogus narrative—a rewriting of ancestral history designed to disadvantage you. Historian Jean-Pierre le Glaunec knows a thing or two about this. "White-ism" rewrites your story to its own advantage; this practice is known as *histo-à-rien*—a fitting term coined by the Karukeran (Guadeloupean) resistance fighter Leopol-Edward Edy Deher-Lesaint.
There is another point: the context in which we live. They impose certain papers on you, and—since we are dealing with utter scoundrels—they mandate a specific issuing authority for those documents to be deemed valid. Consequently, moving about becomes increasingly unthinkable unless you possess these specific papers. In doing so, they bind you to your enemies on all sides. It becomes impossible to move freely across your own land—your own planet—without their authorization. They dictate the terms of your movement to standardize their dirty scheme. The takeaway from all this is that being here or elsewhere—belonging here or belonging elsewhere—amounts to the same thing. It is like driving or walking on the very same carpet; it is one and the same. There is no reason to feel uneasy about taking a particular action within this murky quagmire. What matters is remaining true to oneself, wherever one may be, rather than possessing certain types of documents. People do not realize this; given the convoluted negativity of the situation, they feel unsettled without knowing why. There is a kind of internal confusion. Their actions are hampered by bureaucratic red tape. Here, just as elsewhere, this is not truly home. Home—the Eternal Empire of AYITI—is right here, though for a very long time (though this is no longer the case today), it existed without an administration. Our natural enemy forced a different path upon us.
I, too, face this same situation, albeit in a different way. Given my status as a Prince of the Eternal Empire of AYITI, I constantly questioned—and interrogated history itself regarding—the facts connected to our reality: the Ancestral "Us." Knowing the facts, I realized, essentially means knowing where I come from—and thus, who I am. This matters for someone of my stature. In the end, I even dispensed with the services of that administrative outfit. Yet, at the start, "they" had forced it upon me. There were points of dissatisfaction. Whenever I could afford to wait—to avoid using their services—I chose to wait before finalizing what needed to be finalized. In fact, I took care to ensure that situation never arose. Everything is unfolding just as I wished because my life is very simple—perhaps too simple. Essentially, it boils down to Ancestry: a source of exceptional Greatness and *Blrz*—a profound sense of self-satisfaction. Thus, my existence—an art of living in harmony with oneself—serves as a trap for malicious minds, those petty people who rewrite others' lives to use against them; and I take great delight in that. I haven’t gained anything socially, nor do I care to. If I have gained anything, it is myself—the path that is mine, that is *ours*. I even hold myself in high regard. It is a life lived somewhat apart, even though I am seen—especially on my bike, out for a walk (always alone, always thinking)—almost everywhere. I don’t even know how to drive—meaning I have no license—which is remarkable for someone like me: a "pyramidal" scholar who has lived almost his entire life abroad. My inner circle is impenetrable. That is what has created the mystery surrounding me all this time. I love it. I am deeply satisfied to have achieved what I wanted: to be purely "Muc," even though both administrations are much the same. Yet, there was one I simply did not want to deal with at all. I am a man of Greatness; it is my essence. It aligns with who I am. For me, it is a victory; because of this, I feel no heaviness from having left something behind, turned my back on something, or embraced something else. Being set apart—as things turned out—suited me perfectly. I am myself and remain myself. That is all I wanted. I am oriented toward tomorrow.
Simple and pure as I am, this singular entity—this unique individual—has had a rough time abroad. Anything reprehensible fits me like a glove; that is what our natural enemy has decided. Conversely, he mentally strips you of everything praiseworthy—that is to say, your very self. One is almost constantly the victim of favoritism. At one of the CEGEPs where I taught, the sector head—an official overseeing several departments—would go to the coordinator’s office one day and ask: “It’s Jean-Baptiste’s turn; shall we call him?” When the boss says that, what he really means is: don’t call him; move on to the next person—who might be a friend or a complete stranger. In this instance, the sector head had run up against a real firebrand—someone who wouldn't play along. The problem was me—the man who always embodies Greatness, Prince Dessalines D’Orléans. It happens often, though not always with the same coordinator, and the tactic works. I would find out every time, at the start of the next semester, if I returned. My colleagues would ask: “Where were you? We were looking for you everywhere.” That is what they are told when they see the next person in line or a newcomer instead. To survive, we pretend to see and hear nothing. It is no trivial matter. We never quite measure up enough to matter in the eyes of others—in *their* eyes. It literally kills you. Another thing that helps one survive is the chance of running into someone who is "trouble-free." There are two types: the "plain white" person—the one who refuses to see the world in color—and the "border-crosser," who shifts between the side of the "plain whites" and the side of "whiteness-ism." The coordinator mentioned earlier—a man known for his integrity and adherence to rules, though viewed as uncompromising by lazy or less-than-brilliant students—answered the sector chief’s question bluntly: "That question shouldn't even be asked. It’s his turn; he must be called upon because that’s the rule. There are two people who can do it: you and me. If you don’t do it, I will." This is happening in Canada. And the sector chief heads straight back to his office. It boosts morale, and as a result, we almost forget everything. We’ve even managed to refuel. The days go by like this, until one day we realize we no longer have the energy we once did. In this case, we say we’ve grown old. The cycle began all over again long ago.
Destruction is what lies inside their *djakut*—their suitcase. No, we are not suicidal. Their vile objective is the sole reason they refuse to breathe the same air as *Us*. Our rejection is not modeled on their natural rejection; the two are antithetical. Each of these two groups of beings (ideologically speaking) stands at the opposite pole and serves as the antithesis of the other. They must therefore live far, very far apart, and under no circumstances accept the presence of the other in their midst. We do not want them, and they do not want us—though their rejection stems from a spirit of contrariness. At the current pace, we are closer than ever to that long-desired and long-awaited Day. That Day advances hand in hand with opulence and the BLRZ.
Across the globe, our natural enemies push us away. They want nothing to do with us—not a single one of them—and so we, the Children of Ancestrality, want nothing to do with them either; yet our stance differs from theirs. We reject them for our own reasons—specifically because of their way of being, a form of true cannibalism. What we desire for them—to remain unconditionally apart from us—is their destiny.
If you are cast out from over there, rejoice, for it is for your own ultimate good. If you are tired of being toyed with, know that your inner self is speaking to you; you ought to listen. After all, living is not merely about carrying out the will of others or waiting for someone else to act on your behalf—or in your place. The decision that once seemed the hardest to make is finally proving to be the easiest. You have a profound misunderstanding of life; consequently, you know absolutely nothing about the papal decree ordering the abduction of your ancestors to settle them here in Masuana, nor about their response to the *blancistes* in August 1791, nor about the events of November 29, 1803, January 1, 1804, January 25, 1804, February 15, 1804, September 2, 1804, January 1, 1805, May 20, 1805, or October 17, 1806, nor about what is currently unfolding before your eyes in 2026... Everything is connected. At first, you were cast as parasites—since, in their view, you had nothing to offer—but now, you exist in, by, and for yourselves. That is what you have always been, and what they sought to strip from you. The dates mentioned above brought all of this about. On October 17, 1806, they attempted, once again, to deprive you of your very selves. They succeeded in stupefying many of you so they could impose themselves as gods. You follow them everywhere and believe everything they tell you. You are in freefall. In the spring of 2019—following the accession of Prince Tiécoura Jean Dessalines D’Orléans to the Throne of the Eternal Empire of AYITI in late summer 2016—the Imperial Administration was restored; it prepared—in part, even before the event itself—the very reality you are experiencing today. In such a context, the rejection you face wherever you go serves—inadvertently—as an invitation to pull yourself together and step into life, to take charge of yourself and succeed in whatever you undertake, so that you may truly come into your own. Here, the two events converge. You are back to square one. Look closely at the trajectory! There is a logical progression between who you became through your ancestors and where that rejection is leading you. Before this, you were merely a useless presence—at least in the eyes of our natural enemy. Those who succeeded in casting you out did you a great service, however unwittingly. This Day—This Day—our unfolding Day—is the greatest day of your existence, for you are finally about to start living. Better late than never! Indeed, left to your own devices, you can no longer hope that someone else will rush to rescue you from the depths where you currently find yourselves. The timing is right. Today, we are building the framework of the Eternal Empire of AYITI to provide everyone with a life worthy of their true stature. Seize the opportunity that stands at your doorstep!
There are various ways of life on this earth, notably liberalism or capitalism, and socialism or communism. These are merely ways of existing in the emptiest sense; they offer nothing of real use to the people. This is no coincidence. It stems from the fact that Europe is utterly incompetent when it comes to organizing collective life. It deals in lies above all else; it is incapable of doing anything else. What follows teaches you how to live your life—how to truly experience your own existence. Jean-Jacques Dessalines is the one who guides us to our destination; that much is well known.
The Speech of the Invincible General, January 1, 1804
After proclaiming the *Gwqmunité*—or "Independence," as some call it—of the Country (a term our Ancestors used more frequently) or of the People (another term used) at Headquarters on November 29, 1803, our victorious Ancestors gathered on the evening of December 31 of that same year—still in the town of Dessalines—beneath a *Mapu* tree. This tree held great significance in our ancestral way of life but has since vanished, having finally fallen—likely due to old age. They gathered there to prepare for the day ahead: January 1, 1804. Even past midnight, they remained there still. What were they doing there, one might ask? They were establishing the government—the Act of the *Gwqmunité*—which is government in itself, by itself, and for itself. This holds significance in the spirit of Dessalines; indeed, Jean-Jacques Dessalines himself dubbed it the "final act of national authority"—implying that the nation had already been born (a reference, of course, to November 29, 1803). As you will see for yourselves in the text that follows, this document represents the transcription—carried out at his own request by his private secretary, Louis Boisrond-Tonnerre—of the thoughts of the Invincible General and Eternal Victor over Napoleon Bonaparte’s army: Jean-Jacques Dessalines. Born in the Cahos Mountains—specifically in what is now the 6th and final section of the commune of Dessalines (the seat of the Dessalines Arrondissement)—to Elisabeth, he was raised for his destiny by Agbawaya Toya, an "Amazon" figure.
Regarding our subject, we can highlight five major sections in the text that follows. The first mandates—without further ado—the expulsion of "hommality" (and specifically "whiteness," one of its fruits) from our lives, citing the appalling disorder it causes. The second focuses on the priority of the Self—our essential substance of being, the *Munal*—while placing others above all else, a concept we call *Ubuntu*. The third establishes Jean-Jacques Dessalines as our Sole Guide, as it is into his hands that the oath must be sworn. The fourth makes "Us" the guiding principle of our way of life. The fifth warns of the consequences of disobedience. The narrative of our *Gwqmunité* centers us exclusively on Ourselves—nothing else. The text of the speech of January 1, 1804,
regarding the rejection of the presence of the *blancistes* [whites/French loyalists] among us:
“The General-in-Chief,
To the People of Haiti.
Citizens,
It is not enough to have expelled from your country the barbarians who have stained it with blood for two centuries; it is not enough to have put a stop to the ever-resurgent factions that played, in turn, with the phantom of liberty that France dangled before your eyes; we must, through a final act of national authority, forever secure the reign of liberty in the land of our birth; we must wrest from the inhumane government—which has long held our minds in the most humiliating torpor—any hope of re-enslaving us; we must, finally, live independent or die.
Independence or death... Let these sacred words rally us, and let them be the signal for battle and for our unity.
Citizens, my compatriots, on this solemn day I have gathered these courageous soldiers who, on the verge of witnessing liberty breathe its last, lavished their blood to save it; these generals who guided your efforts against tyranny have not yet done enough for your happiness... The French name still casts a gloom over our lands.”
Everything here recalls the memory of that barbaric people's cruelties; our laws, our customs, our cities—all still bear the French imprint. Indeed, Frenchmen still exist on our island, yet you believe yourselves free and independent of that republic—a republic that has fought every nation, it is true, but has never conquered those determined to be free.
What! After fourteen years as victims of our own credulity and leniency—defeated not by French armies, but by the pitiful eloquence of their agents' proclamations—when shall we tire of breathing the same air as they do? What do we have in common with this nation of executioners? Their cruelty compared to our patient moderation; their color compared to ours; the vast seas separating us and our avenging climate all tell us clearly that they are not our brothers, that they never will be, and that if they find asylum among us, they will once again be the instigators of our strife and division.
Native citizens—men, women, daughters, and children—cast your eyes across every part of this island; look for your wives, your husbands, your brothers, your sisters; nay, look for your children—your nursing infants! What has become of them? I shudder to say it: they have fallen prey to those vultures. Instead of those cherished victims, your horrified gaze sees only their murderers—tigers still dripping with their blood, whose ghastly presence reproaches you for your apathy and your slowness to avenge them. What are you waiting for to appease their spirits? Remember that when you cast out tyranny, you wished for your own remains to rest beside those of your forefathers; will you go down to your graves without having avenged them? No, their bones would repel yours.
And you, noble men, intrepid generals, who—indifferent to your own suffering—have revived liberty by lavishing your very blood upon it: know that you have achieved nothing unless you set a terrible yet just example of the vengeance a people must exact when proud to have regained their freedom and jealous to maintain it. Let us strike terror into all who might dare attempt to wrest it from us again; let us begin with the French... Let them tremble as they approach our shores—if not at the memory of the cruelties they once inflicted here, then at the terrible resolve we are about to adopt: to doom to death any man, born French, who dares defile the soil of liberty with his sacrilegious foot.
We dared to be free; let us dare to be so by ourselves and for ourselves. Let us imitate the growing child: his own weight snaps the leading-strings that have become useless and now hinder his stride. What people fought for us? What people would seek to reap the fruits of our labors? And what a shameful absurdity it would be to triumph only to become slaves. Slaves!... Let us leave that epithet to the French; they conquered only to cease being free.
Let us follow a different path; let us emulate those peoples who, looking to the future and fearing to leave posterity an example of cowardice, chose extermination over being struck from the ranks of free nations.
Natives of Haiti! A fortunate destiny reserved me to serve one day as the sentinel guarding the idol to which you offer your sacrifices:
I have kept watch and fought—sometimes alone—and if I have been fortunate enough to return to your hands the sacred trust you confided to me, remember that it is now up to you to preserve it. In fighting for your freedom, I have worked for my own happiness.
Before consolidating it with laws that secure your free individuality, your leaders—whom I have gathered here—and I owe you one final proof of our devotion.
Generals, and you leaders gathered here beside me for the well-being of our country: the day has arrived—the day destined to immortalize our glory and our independence.
If there be any among you with a lukewarm heart, let him withdraw and tremble to utter the oath that is to unite us.
Let us swear to the whole world, to posterity, and to ourselves, to renounce France forever, and to die rather than live under its dominion.
To fight until our last breath for the independence of our country!
And you, people so long unfortunate—witness to the oath we now take—remember that it was upon your steadfastness and courage I relied when I embarked on the path of freedom to combat the despotism and tyranny against which you had struggled for fourteen years.
Remember that I sacrificed everything to rush to your defense—family, children, fortune—and that now I am rich only in your freedom;
that my name has become an object of horror to all peoples who desire slavery, and that despots and tyrants speak it only while cursing the day I was born;
And should you ever refuse, or grumblingly accept, the laws that the spirit watching over your destiny dictates for your happiness, you would deserve the fate of ungrateful peoples.
But far be such a dreadful thought from me. You shall be the bulwark of the liberty you cherish, the support of the leader who commands you.
Swear, then, into his hands to live free and independent, and to prefer death to anything that might seek to place you back under the yoke. Swear, finally, to pursue forever the traitors and enemies of your independence.
Done at the Gonaïves headquarters, January 1, 1804, the first year of independence. Signed: Dessalines.
If you are away and your departure is demanded, it is—inadvertently—a huge favor. I would love that so much, yet I never received such an immense gift. For once, a natural enemy is doing something beneficial. Work—major obligations—awaits you back home.
Take careful note of what is unfolding here! On both sides, the same demand is being made of you. You will not have made this decision alone. The flames that constantly draw you toward him—or rather, toward nowhere—are subsiding, and that, too, drives you away. Common sense is beginning to reassert itself and will pull you out of this predicament.
B
Deliverance and Ancestry Through Ancestry, Jean-Jacques Dessalines established the Eternal Empire of Haiti to bring deliverance to planet Earth. Amidst the turmoil and chaos, he created the framework for the revitalization of the community, which is as follows:
The System That Saves
Let's talk about the structure of the Eternal Empire of AYITI and its mode of production! In short, this is what gives the Empire of AYITI its infinite charm. One might wonder where this structure and mode of production come from. Since Jean-Jacques Dessalines is responsible for everything, one might think he is the originator of these two pillars of collective life. We would be mistaken if this were the case. Jean-Jacques Dessalines is, indeed, the Father of the Eternal Empire of AYITI, but he is not the originator of its structure and production. In that case, who is authorized to do all this? No one! What is at the foundation of the Imperial Order is the concept of who we are, namely, unity. If we must link August 14, 1791, to November 29, 1803, the point of convergence or continuity is the following statement: “Let us listen to the Voice speaking to us within ourselves.” This Voice, as we have already said, is our Essence, that which makes us who we are. Have we noticed that “the Voice” is one (yun) and that it says the same thing within a plurality of unity (mun)? This is our Substance, that which makes us who we are, the MUN. This is an ancestral teaching. Everywhere on Earth, the same approach is used, even by the slave owner when he speaks of man and the natural rights of man. There is always a first point or a starting point. However, there is a difference. It explains why collective lives are opposed to one another. Here is our definition of the Voice; it is a unity whose mode of action is Ubuntu. What must be understood here is that this concerns the content of the Voice. Relying upon itself, the Voice dictates what must be done. The Being, if it is X, must act in X. In short, our Being teaches us what to do, the proper way to function. Our Ancestors were powerful, powerful indeed, in terms of knowledge—not just any kind, but Dqmbala knowledge, that is to say, true knowledge. Herein lies the point of difference between self-knowledge, our Self, the MUN, and the self-conception of other peoples, a conception that underpins their respective ways of life. Our Ancestors gained access to a precise knowledge, Dqmbala, of our Being and Our Ancestors made it the foundation of our life together called here the Empire of AYITI. Wasn't it Jean-Jacques Dessalines who wrote the following: “It is undoubtedly my zeal to watch over the salvation of the Empire, it is my will to consolidate our enterprise, an enterprise that will give the nations least friendly to liberty, not the opinion of a mass of slaves, but that of men who cherish their independence,” “To Dessalines, February 15, 1804.” The term “liberty,” as used here, means Gwqmunicipality, that of “man,” obviously MUN, that of “independent,” Gwqmunicipality. Jean-Jacques Dessalines resorts to our Communal Substance to say who we are and what our behavior should be as such. It is our Communal Essence that is at the origin of the structure and mode of production of the Eternal Empire of AYITI. That is why the Empire of AYITI is you. And we, through and through. So let's be ready to make it work!
The Imperial Structure
We are ubuntu, fundamentally Yun and fundamentally connected to unity because each and every one of us is inseparable from others. There is nothing more beautiful than this formula. There is a very important word here: our unity is explained by our interdependence. Interdependence is our massive bond, the knot of our unity. To know oneself is to be in the mind of unity. If we focus on ourselves, we are necessarily absorbed by unity. Then we act only for unity; in other words, only unity matters. We are Yun, certainly, but there is a multitude. By acting for unity, the multitude is revealed, on this level, as worthless. Our singularity is the arm of unity. Each and every one of us acts in the mind of unity. For unity, Ubuntu is the nature of such action. The Munal is this unity that manifests itself through Ubuntu.
Everything we have just seen concerns the Mun, our Being, what we are. The Empire of AYITI is the Being that we are. It reveals it in the sensible world. The Empire of AYITI is Us, the Mun; in other words, the Empire of AYITI and We, the Mun, are One. Thus, the Empire of AYITI is unity: “Article 14. Any discrimination based on color among the children of one and the same family, of which the Head of State is the father, must necessarily cease…”. This comes from the Constitution, of which Jean-Jacques Dessalines is the author. If the Empire of AYITI is unity like the Mun, it is Ubuntu. They are one and the same thing.
There is more. Ubuntu and hierarchy are mutually exclusive. Thus, fatherhood, as it is understood here, is opposed to the concept of authority, as it is practiced in politics. Indeed, when one lives in a political organization, one loses control of one's life. It is a representative who dictates our conduct. He is the authority. This authority has the right of life and death over the one it represents. The authority, to harm or kill you, can conspire against you to get you; it can even take your life. Whereas Imperial Authority signifies responsibility for the well-being of the citizen, giving them what they need by providing the means, caring for their success, putting oneself aside to give them first place, putting oneself second, etc. “I sacrificed everything,” said Jean-Jacques Dessalines, “to rush to your defense: relatives, children, fortune, and now I am rich only in your freedom.” And it is not: “I watched, I fought, sometimes alone,” continues Jean-Jacques Dessalines; all this is not without significance: “In fighting for your freedom, I worked for my own happiness.” There is nothing more delightful, a true pleasure for our capacity for knowledge. Jean-Jacques Dessalines finds himself in them, in their object of interest. Jean-Jacques Dessalines's sense of service, which stemmed from the essence of the commune, "the Voice that speaks to us from within," that is, interdependence, which cannot exist without mutual assistance, is the origin of the title of Emperor of Haiti, an empire yet to be built, conferred upon him: "Well convinced, by new experience and by the history of nations, that a people can only be properly governed by one man, and that he who, through his services, his influence, and his talents, has been able to raise the edifice of our independence and our liberty, deserves preference," Letter of Appointment, Port-au-Prince, January 25, 1804. What is implied here is that he is asked to adopt the same attitude. This is what the people need. He alone is capable of providing it. Jean-Jacques Dessalines follows the same path: “A sovereign whose glory resides in that of his country, whose sole purpose is the interests and prosperity of those from whom he derives his power” (Laws and Reign of Jean-Jacques Dessalines, p. 43, speech, April 12, 1805). It is the same trajectory. His Majesty draws his glory from the glory of his country, and the interests of the people are his own. There is no deviation from the path followed by His Majesty Jacques I. He is unwavering. Why does he do this? He knows he is not physically eternal: “Let other leaders, after me, dig their own graves and those of their kind, by following a course diametrically opposed to mine, (...) but may my successors follow the path I have laid out for them! This is the system best suited to consolidating their power: it is the most worthy tribute they can pay to my memory. Dessalines, April 28, 1804, Cap-Haïtien (Ayti).” Jean Jacques Dessalines wrote a system of Imperial Authority not for himself but for those who would come after him. Let us not forget that the Empire of Haiti is eternal!
The Imperial Authority conceived by the Infinitely Great Scholar in this field, Jean Jacques Dessalines, the son of Elisabeth raised by Agbawaya Toya, is befitting the Father of a massively powerful and indestructible family. The Imperial Authority should not be viewed through the lens of a cultural family. It is unique.
Today's Model
The structure of the Eternal Empire of AYITI is and remains the same. October 17, 1806, halted the forward momentum of the sentient Being of the communal being, which, as we all know, is the Empire of AYITI. However, nothing, in any form whatsoever, can alter the external Way of our Body because it is the reflection of our substance. We are meant to be active, with the aim of illuminating Life through our activity. We should not be surprised that many of us, worn down by so many setbacks, want to remain passive, despite being deeply dissatisfied with our lifelong situation, because we no longer believe in anything. This must not happen. We have built the space that is rightfully ours; we cannot flee from it, abandon it, to our own detriment.
Elements of the Structure
Our structure comprises three elements: the Principality, the General Directorate (DG), and the Neighborhood Committee (CQ). These elements are not hierarchical in order. They represent complementary tasks, much like a relationship within a unit.
The Principality houses the Imperiality, that is, the reigning Emperor and Empress, under the titles of The Prince and The Princess. The use of the terms Emperor and Empress is reserved for His Majesty Jacques I, Jacques II, and Empress Claire Heureuse. It is permissible to use them occasionally, but not constantly.
Following this comes the entire Family of His Majesty the Invincible General and Eternal Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines.
To this must be added all those who receive the title of Municipalities, a title awarded to all those who work tirelessly for the Glory and active Maintenance of the Empire of AYTI;
The Principality temporarily welcomes members of the Empire of AYTI who have advanced or relevant training in Ancestry and other areas of expertise in the daily activities of the Empire of AYTI;
the previous population is not selected but offers its services for a limited time in order to allow everyone the fortunate opportunity to serve the Eternal Empire of AYITI, their own body, and thus to serve themselves: the preferred method of acceptance is first come, first served;
Their work consists of analyzing the conformity of Imperial Population projects approved by the General Directorate (DG) to Ancestry, before returning them to the relevant Neighborhood Committee (C-Q);
The work of the Prince or Princess is unique in that it is more extensive.
The General Directorate (DG)
This body receives all activity projects for the Empire of AYTI; it assesses their feasibility; it has a management committee and as many departments as it has areas of activity; each department is assisted by a committee, which collaborates with the management committee; there is a team of evaluators who review all the work of the body, not on the substance but on the form; the substance falls under the jurisdiction of the management committee; at the end of the review of each project, the management committee forwards the results to the Principality. The same process applies to hiring;
The Neighborhood Committee
The Neighborhood Committee is the foundation of the Imperial Administration. As His Majesty Jacques I stated, it is its strength, the source of the Glory of the Empire of Haiti. Almost everything passes through it; the Empire exists by and to carry out the Will of the People, the People-State, that is to say, the self-governing people; the nuance can only be grasped by the Great B¼nqy (capacity to calculate), who, through an appetite for knowledge, the Dqmbala, have developed mastery of the subject, politics; everything lies in the Will, the fundamental and objective; this is only possible as follows: indeed, a street is divided into Neighborhood Committees; no number is assigned to them, everything depends on the number of people who live there; The Neighborhood Committee, to be effective in the art of self-governance, must have around a thousand members so that everyone can speak during one or more working sessions; if the street is sparsely populated, others are added to reach the required number; the audience room is the salon of the Imperial People, the People-State, everyone has access to it naturally; there is a management committee to organize the organization; the procedure is the same as at the top, namely that one submits one's services according to one's skills and first come, first served, first served; the organization is done according to the objective pursued; there, the Badr, members of the Imperial People, come to submit their life projects, that is to say what they want to do to live and live well as what they want to see in the Empire of AYITI; one person who has always dreamed of having a business, another who would like to be a farmer, another a doctor, etc.; Even the construction of a bridge in such and such a place, a school, a hospital, an irrigation source in such and such a corner for agriculture, a specific activity that we want to integrate or develop in the Empire of AYTI; activities of all kinds in the Empire of AYITI begin here, in the Neighborhood Committee; the initial ideas come from here; even if we don't have a penny, the life project begins to take shape here; we draw up the plan here, if necessary, together; the Neighborhood Committee provides the General Directorate with its members; security is the responsibility of the Neighborhood Committee, there is nothing closer; they can form several Neighborhood Committees; they are responsible for what is on the Territory, below the Territory and above the Territory; they will work in collaboration with the General Directorate; we exist in the Neighborhood Committee; here we don't talk about work or employment but about life activity projects and the maintenance of the Empire of AYTI; The job of the General Directorate is to make possible the proposals and business plans that come to it from the Neighborhood Committees; the projects are received as is, without sorting; the activities of the Empire of AYITI start with the projects and officials that the Neighborhood Committees send to the General Directorate and subsequently operate at full capacity through the work of the General Directorate Sn the received item, which work extends to the Principality through verification; the Neighborhood Committee, in short, sets the Empire in motion; an academic course on the art of calculation, that is to say, reasoning, is necessary to teach the Badr to do things well in order to maximize their chances of success in the art of leadership; the further it goes, the better it progresses; a person who has always wanted to turn their back on misery, this is where it begins; a person who has always wanted to wear a new pair of shoes, this is where the means are developed; a member who has always dreamed of..., the Neighborhood Committee concept was designed for you; the future, your future, is in your hands;
Production
According to the concept of the Empire of Ayiti, an Ubuntu Being, production cannot be of a liberal, capitalist type, as Hobbes, the English philosopher, suggests. This kind of production system requires an individualistic conception of self to achieve the domination of the other. Nor can the production of the Empire of Toya-Dessalines be of a socialist type because the conception of self is the same: the natural right of man, which is reduced to the individual, and it necessarily involves domination, but here, through authority. In both cases, it is a matter of enslavement through state domination, and it is twofold in the liberal system: the people who possess against those who do not. The communal Being is outside these two enslaving frameworks. By its Ubuntu Essence, no communal being can take advantage of another, neither through command nor through production. We have seen above the system of conduct. We lead ourselves. It's exactly the same for production. Everyone produces for themselves. No one is dependent on others, like an employee. To prevent this from happening, he declared that "everything we have earned will be distributed to everyone indiscriminately." This is not a gift. It is done within the framework of a system, as we saw earlier. In the Constitution of the Eternal Empire of Haiti, promulgated in Dessalines, the capital, on May 20, 1805, he stated: "Article 8.
Haitian citizenship is suspended in the event of bankruptcy." This implies that in business, every Haitian citizen, male or female, must succeed. The logic is that what you have, you may not get a second chance at. So make sure you don't miss your opportunity; we don't joke about these things. Since we hope that everything will be alright and that there might not be another time, the children will obtain from you: “Article 10.
Fathers and mothers are not granted the right to disinherit their children.” This way, everyone's future is secure.
We are witnessing the same thing in the Neighborhood Committees. When people come to plan their future, they work on the assets and resources that all belong to them, according to His Majesty the Eternal Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines, their Father to all of us, and for some, he is doubly so, by their chromosomes and the unity of the Eternal Empire of Haiti. Once is more than enough. Everything that the Imperial Territory possesses will be shared with all the Badr family without distinction. This is the means by which they will go into business under the same conditions expressed in the Constitution. It's worth remembering, there is only one.
Is there anything to say about this? We must emphasize two points. First, there will be all sorts of activities. The people are the originators of their Korbic activities. Everything they earn belongs to them and them alone. Of course, they set aside a portion to contribute to the Empire of AYITI for shared expenses. They decide the amount to contribute, certainly based on their profits, because nothing is imposed on them in terms of quantity. They co-manage, so they know the costs. The key takeaway here is that the Badr are in control of their activities and their fruits.
The second point is just as interesting as the first. Many might say that if no one works for anyone else, everything is blocked. Wrong! Where an activity requires more than one mun, depending on the number, there is a choice: they work in pairs, one mun joining them. If more are needed, they move to trios, quartets, and so on. There are several municipalities involved in the work, but no municipality is an employee of another. We are partners.
We would like to briefly mention another point. It may not be possible to start a business due to the cost, even though this activity already exists. The Empire of AYTI is buying shares. This will not decrease profits. Quite the opposite. Consumption capacity increases; it can multiply tenfold, up to a hundredfold, and even more.
One thing is certain: the capacity of our Territory in goods and resources is phenomenal. There is enough for everyone. We will never again see this evil that has reigned before our eyes for so long.
All that we have just seen is only a glimpse. I recommend reading the book:
