The Septentrional du Cap Orchestra, the Ball of Fire, is dead or, to be more precise, has gone extinct

The Cape Fireball has gone out
LEKBA
There, before our eyes, live, went the very popular Orchester Nordentrional, known by the frenzied rhythm, La Boule de Feu. Septen, as the population liked to call him, joined the vast majority of the music groups of his time that had disappeared, such as Riverside by the famous artist Gérard Dupervil, the Super Jazz des Jeunes, the Ensemble Nemours Jean-Baptiste, the Ensemble Weber Sico, the Trio Sélect which became Coupe Cloue, the minis, such as the Ambassadeurs, the Fantaisistes, Volo Volo, Toto Necessity...

AYIBOBO!
A
The loss of the Northern Cape Orchestra is not due to suicide, nor to assassination, nor to old age, all this physically, but to lakay disease or Haitian slavery, invented by whiteism to thwart any enterprise of Negresses and Negroes, Victors of savqnie, savagery in system.
The lakay disease is formed by the practice of the kuku social self, of ignorance of borders or limits, of rules and knowledge within any Negro Ensemble. As a result, this state leads to contempt and rejection of others, insensitivity and excessive confidence in sentimentality, as the one and only means of calculation and action. These are traits taken from whiteness. They are transmitted by a certain tight link between whiteness and the other. Those who suffer from it only listen to themselves, as custodians of whiteness. You should definitely not ask them what they do because they certainly won't understand. They are inclined to do as they please. The result of all this is risk, of all kinds, that revolves around us.
The case of Septen
We must learn to live without the physical presence of the Northern Cape Orchestra. We know very well that this will not be easy for those who always knew him. It will constantly come to haunt us, day and night, because it is written in us, whether we are fans or not. Our retention capacity called memory has this particularity that it ruminates on everything it has ingested so that the subject, during the process of self-formation, here its singularity, can choose what is to be maintained in order to integrate it afterwards, and discard it, either for the moment or definitively. All this happens almost spontaneously.
The subject, in this context, is called upon to act involuntarily. He can carry out his task actively or passively or both ways at the same time. In the case that interests us, he reorganizes his life according to reality, that is to say what is currently being done in the artistic field. There are current music groups like those of the past that continue to roll. The latter, since they are from the past, carry within them, while being present, the memory of yesterday. The past is defined in these terms. On this point they can be of great support. It’s time to turn to them, these groups of the past. On their own they cannot ensure complete satisfaction for people of distant times. Moving towards the new is an imperative of balance to take charge of the present from the past. There is obviously a part in the memory, on this subject, which is not recoverable, in music, therefore pleasure, as in everything. It always remains present in us and cannot be erased. Because that’s what life is, it takes place in a continuous present.
For this part, recourse to a parallel world is essential, this means living by imagination, by regurgitating, and even reinforcing, where necessary, certain scenes by inventing others as complements, always in the same framework, which is unsuitable for the Haitian nature of slavery which took hold after the physical assassination of His Majesty James I. In other words, she opposes it because it makes the new reality ineffective, a reality invented to defeat Ancestrality. It aims to destroy, through suppression, the memory of yesterday. In the case that concerns us we have to hang on to it. We all do it, splitting ourselves up, in a multitude of circumstances and it’s a trait of life. This means is given to us to better resist painful situations and look forward to the future. So sometimes we are here, sometimes we are elsewhere, through thought. We are constantly traveling in two worlds. There are no other methods as effective for keeping or reestablishing our katrl badral, that is to say our overall singular capacity, to be firm, solid and well rooted.
We end up, sooner or later, coming to terms with even a piece of music butchered in reality, a composition that we adored in time and which transported us far into the future, but which fell under the venomous clutches of these merciless people. We have the example of “Dènye jou”, a monumental composition, in its entirety, by the Northern Cape Orchestra. The original version made me dream, I was not content to listen to it once but three to four times before agreeing to move on to another piece, not without regret. The first time I came across this song, my heart opened wide, bigger than the sea. My whole body trembled as if, as a child or teenager, I was going to meet a girl for the first time. I was all excited. The reason is that, under strange circumstances, I was no longer in possession of my CDs. I was so under the influence of passion that I forgot the risk of not meeting my love. I couldn't wait to click. Which I finally did while trembling. I clicked and that's the song. I say that because I've been caught before. When we arrived at the central part, the one which took over after the silence of the wind instruments, a miraculous symphony, and which won me deep within myself, I prepared myself to fully enjoy, which is normal after such a long time, but I almost fell off my chair. The shock is violent, even savage. Everything has changed. They murdered her outright. It's like I've been stabbed in the heart, although I don't really know what it is. The blow was hard, I still haven't recovered from it.
I am sure, without wanting to, that the Tropicana Orchestra of Haiti will experience the same fate after the departure of the great maestro Tiblanc, with his divine saxophonic variations, which we will keep, I hope, to integrate them into live performances. I don't know his name but it's not difficult to find out. A simple email, and even a search on the Internet, would be enough. I prefer to keep this nickname, it is more friendly and more Us, our way of being in the world. I'm talking here about things that are imprinted on us, the munal, and that make us people from here. The name Tiblanc is one of those famous things. Besides, I also prefer to talk about reality, as it is. We learn a lot more. She shows things as they are. I don't want a sound sequence to unnecessarily disturb the impression I carry within me. I speak of Tropicana in the story of the tragic death of the Orchester Septentrional d'Haïti, the Boule de Feu, it is not by deviation. This is because what I say about “Dènye jou” also applies to “Ma Faute, “Belle Fête” and another, which I cannot find because I do not remember the title of the composition, a magnificent interpretation. I found the “Dènye jou”, two or three months ago. Yet I was looking like crazy. In the end I was banking on chance and I was lucky. If my older brother had not died, him, the unbreakable fanatic of “Tizo ak Jaksina” - he even gave the name to his business - I would not have had so much difficulty finding the titles. Me, at seventeen, I stopped frequenting the dance floors. I became a big consumer when I received people who came from elsewhere, before the arts, the cuisine and the alcoholic drink from home. music. It's no longer a question of fanatic or not but of artistic works. That's why I bought several records from different orchestras and music groups. My brother didn't go dancing either, like me, he bought a lot of records to listen to at home. continued pleasure. It cost me the loss of this famous piece, which is contemporary with “Ma Faute”. These pieces of music are not recent but they are always of their time. This is characteristic of good music, these songs are. by the process of degradation; even less, a little bit, I have already experienced it. However, I was happy with the version of the “Concert Online 57 ans August 15, 2020”. This wonderful composition was served to us in all its freshness. However, this in no way diminishes my concern. like a package. These songs are from the same package. I duplicate myself on this same beautiful sound. I tell myself almost the same wishes when I listen to them. So, by reminiscence, one sends me to the others as well as to the place where I listened to them the last time. other. We either make music or we don’t.
There is one thing that the vast majority of us simply ignore. The collective lifestyle that we lead is responsible because it produces insensitivity towards others. Following in the footsteps of others has destroyed an incredible number of our people. Democracy is one of these violent poisons. Like many others, it deprives the imprudent and imprudent, the idiots and idiots. Let us just remember these few words. Let us continue our speech on our great loss, which is the tragic death of the Northern Cape Orchestra, the Ball of Fire, and our great sorrow even if we resist despite everything!
The cause of what affects us
What we need to understand, first and foremost, is that we come into life on earth with very little baggage. It is by living that we learn and fill ourselves, our djakut. Everything that happens around us is of great use, even when it is negative. We learn from everything, good or bad. Those with whom we live actively participate in our collective and singular construction. We forget almost nothing. Something may not be present to our conscious awareness. Sometimes we have to go deep into our memory to find it, other times, an effort of memory, even a deep search, is not enough, it is as if lost. One thing is certain, our environment shapes us. For example, the great Northern Cape Orchestra, during its lifetime, was very productive. He therefore participated in the formation of a mass of lives. This was done, at the beginning, slowly, and in small quantities because there was only radio and there were very few of them. Fortunately with the borlette that my oldest brother entered the country - I don't know how a young high school student was able to make this discovery - things evolved and they were getting better and better. This contribution allowed Septen to reach an increasingly large population. It should be added that the forward momentum was in Dessalines that the Grand Orchestra accidentally got it through the patronal festival, called Sainte-Claire, a monumental celebration. It was the partygoers from the West, particularly from Port-au-Prince, guests of other Dessalinian partygoers who lived there, who discovered what would become the prestigious Nordentrional. The Dessalinian revelers met Septen while going to celebrate at Limonade, this name, in Dessalines, implies the Pleine du Nord. They quickly brought him to the Big City, Dessalines, for Sainte-Claire, in the middle of August. The Orchester Tropicana, for its part, fell back on Artibonite, particularly the commune of Petit-Rivière and the town of Saint-Marc. But Petite-Rivière de l’Artibonite and Saint-Marc are not the City of Dessalines. So things were going slower for the Tropicana Orchestra. It should be noted that Dessalines is the largest town in Artibonite. Economically, more than 50% of arable land is in the Municipality of Dessalines, which is located between the North and the West. In Dessalines when we celebrate, we celebrate. Everything is colossal, the January Festival, the Lawa (Rara), the madigwa (carnival), etc. There are always people from elsewhere visiting Dessalines. Often the Orchester Septentrional stops there for a day or two after a tour in the West or further afield, I was too young to know everything. The Orchestra is in the Big City and, along with the revelers, he is received in several houses. We see them, in a group - it was good times - going from one house to another in preparation for a big reception. It’s like a second home for musicians. To release albums as well as to travel to the United States, the Dessaliniens especially are there. In summary, the City of Dessalines, apart from the great talents of the musicians, played a significant role in the phenomenal momentum of the Northern Cape Orchestra, and, at the same time, in the place it occupied in the lives of citizens.
And that’s the interesting point. I am and remain strongly influenced by Septentrional, even if I was very young and I was not a fan. There were too many music groups at the time and it was a very strong cultural moment. Indeed the Ancestral People, through the permission granted by the regime of Doctor François Duvalier, freed themselves from the savage dictatorship of Christianity, particularly from the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church, the great slaver, and from whiteism, its habitat. This brought about an explosion of artistic and cultural activities and the full enjoyment of those who were repressed. Music groups, like Bqn de Lawa (Rara), were multiplying, so we had a choice. I had made other choices and I had more than a group. It was a good life for young and old alike, much more so for the latter, who have known all their lives the oppression of anti-Negro religion and whiteism, the lethal pair. In Dessalines young people are active in their space. The Orchester Septentrional had become a habit for me, it was part of the City. We sometimes saw a member of the Orchestra walking with friends, the tafiateurs. It was common. I don't think I ever danced with the Orchestra but, like all children, I knew almost all the songs. Septen is like the air I breathe. It follows that my life is also woven from the Orchestra. I always feel, which is completely normal, the need to listen to music from Septentrional. A piece of music takes me back to a particular event, to a particular year. I also learned to appreciate a certain thing through a song or the presence of the Orchestra at Dessalines, at home. In short, I wouldn’t be who I am without the Orchester Septentrional.
So when we destroy a composition, either by modifying a part, we deeply affect the person who is marked by this work. His life is being murdered. This applies to all music groups and orchestras. The song is imprinted on the lives of the people involved. This is extremely disturbing. We erase the history that the song recalls. Everything is discordant especially when it comes to the most important, catchiest part of the song. There's no denying that the middle part makes the song. It is to her that we dance. When the music is no longer the same, it is a new composition. The big problem is that she brings back the original from time to time, especially when we no longer have it. Everything we dreamed of while listening to the original disappears. The whole singularity of oneself is turned upside down. This is no small feat. The matter is extremely serious. We already have a lot of problems. We must not add more unnecessarily or out of selfishness. Not being able to understand this is crass insensitivity. We must respect lives. There is also a blow at the artistic level but that is not what matters here. It is about the munal and the ability to live with others, that is to say in community. This is the crucial point.
The murder
The process of assassination began with the arrival and departure, sometimes dismissal, of the musicians. It got worse little by little. The significance of this circulation, in both directions, is that the Orchester Nordentrional is no longer upright. So it could capsize at any time, the signal is clear. The fact that there are musicians who come in and who leave - reason does not interest us here - the personality of the Orchestra, which is its own sound, is visibly crumbling. The final blow is given by the fragmentation of the pieces. We no longer come across TiJacques Septen, as he was called, through his prodigious saxophonic variations. Do we know what TiJacques' solos represented! This moment was always long awaited. There is no Septen without this mysterious sound. The same is true of maestro Ulrich Pierre-Louis. Technology allows many things. It is not impossible to have them produced, by way of recording, not in new compositions - if that is the desire, it is not forbidden; we are in the business of uninterrupted invention - but the pieces of music in which they excelled. These sounds are those of the orchestra and they are an integral part of these songs. Inserting others into it is destruction and an attack on people’s lives. It goes without saying. There is always the possibility of covering them as is by other musicians. Isn’t that what we do when we perform the old songs! Life is very fragile. This must be taken into account. We make music for the pleasure of the body. Everything that leads back to it has the right to be cited. He can't be dead, TiJacques. His imprints on the Orchester Septentrional are indelible. He is, like TiBlanc from Tropicana, the monster of variation in the Orchester Septentrional. It is good to listen to maestro Ulrich Pierre-Louis and TiJacques Septen in variation in specific pieces of music. It's charming. However, these two absent, there is a void, which does not mean that the music is not catchy. Something is simply missing. The vocal, the difference in the sounds of wind instruments and the integration of new melodies into existing compositions to replace others, especially when they have proven themselves, Qmue! the shock could not fail to be fatal. There were warnings but they were knowingly ignored. The Northern Cape Orchestra, La Boule de Feu, the name of the rhythm, is no more, murdered by Haitian slavery, lakay disease, a violent and incurable illness, invented for Us.
The replacement orchestra
That being said, what about the assassins? Assassins, yes! We are obliged to call them by their name but without hard feelings despite the harm they have done to us. The cause of the crime is Haitian slavery. They are not the inventor but the victim. They acted under the impulse of our natural enemy, the inventor of this weapon of mass destruction, which is antinomy, ego, insensitivity, sentimentality, self-hatred, hatred of others..., a lethal cocktail. The root cause is found in a way of behaving towards each other, but a way that is dictated to them from the outside by our natural enemy to destroy us. The alerts were enough to thwart the crime but they are trained to ignore the voice or the words of those who resemble them, to position themselves as connoisseurs, as noted specialists in the face of a real one even when they did not even know that the thing existed. This psychic disturbance is a sweet madness. This state transformed them into killers of each other. Without any conscience, they crush everything that resembles them. They know neither framework, nor limits, nor anything in the art of living together. They are pure knowledge of the thing despite everything. What is this world? They support each other in this lethal path. All in all, they are prepared for suicide even if they don't know they are. My oldest brother, a multidisciplinary person, told me, after a visit to AYITI: “Over there, when we talk about certain things, we can't tell the difference between those who went to school and those who never had the chance; they all say the same stupid things.” This is surprising from one angle in the sense that, given their contradictory condition, they cannot have the same ideas, and understandable from another, because someone is behind it all. It is undoubtedly the fruit of mental slavery, directed from outside, after the physical assassination of His Majesty Jean Jacques Dessalines, on October 17, 1806. Whiteism has sought, since that day, to maintain itself in common opinion. This is dictated to them directly from whiteism. The gang of henchmen receives the message and transmits it to a crowd located next to them without being aware of what is happening. Whiteness has created a situation which allows them to come together only in stupidity, a very serious situation, which gives the impression that they form a people, not just any people, a people in the image of anthropology in complexion. We must, We, do everything, while prohibiting this savqn behavior, to get closer to them, the assassins of the big orchestra, in order to plug the breach. We have a responsibility to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. This is valid for all cases. They are not our natural enemies but victims of our natural enemy.
The nominal Septen, that of the assassins, is also a large orchestra
We talked about the disappearance of the great Northern Cape Orchestra, the Ball of Fire. We said nothing about the musical group that bears his name, not out of spoliation but legitimately. Although the orchestra is dead, its name legitimately survives. It's more than a question of name. The group inherits the entire arsenal of productions from the Orchester Septentrional. As we have seen, death lies in maintaining the introduction (the entrance) and the end, which is the exit, and the removal or change of the medium (the substance) on which we dance, of each piece. Pieces of music are not reduced to the introduction and the end, which is often the same as the entrance. It would be catastrophic. They introduced new music. It’s an artistic disaster, certainly. However in the majority of cases, it's damn beautiful music. It's not just anything. Let's understand each other! The music that is introduced is not the cause of the death of the Northern Cape Orchestra but the fact of introducing it. If it were the new music inserted between the introduction and the end, Septen would be more alive than ever and ten times more evil. I don't know their skill in musical knowledge. Besides, I don't know anything about it either. My training is political philosophy, which involves the science of the being that we are, i.e. animal capacities, for example feeling, so-called higher (intellectual) capacities, then those which result from them, such as feelings, for example passions or desires, and thoughts. It is from the height of all this that I comment on the effect of all these actions on people. Descending from a family of musicians or artists, over several generations, does not make one a musician, in the sense of having the knowledge of it.
However, when it comes to musical practice, they are powerful, those we call, not without reason, the assassins of the great Northern Orchestra. Their musical interpretations are heavy with breathtaking musicality. Their self-confidence is growing. The more experience they gain, the better, for the most part, obviously, the music is. It’s not a small orchestra, after Septen. We can trust them on their journey. The way they perform on stage sends a message of progress and greatness. At first it was a disaster. Now, looking at them confidently, we understand that they were looking for each other. They have reached a level of certainty that allows them to move forward. They are no longer little boys looking for meaning in their lives, musically, obviously, because I know nothing about them in everyday life.
To be comfortable with them, on a musical level, one must not see them as the name says, namely the Northern Cape Orchestra, nor as its murderers. The name Septentrional... is a sound sequence which refers to a group of people, a very specific musical group, this group, their group. The orchestra of yesterday is absent in this appellation. They are the new masters of the place, the makers of it. If we can understand what is being said, we can then appreciate them for themselves. A new contact is established between them and oneself. This introduces us to a new world, their world. So the breakup collapsed.
I am living proof. Indeed I cannot philosophize without music. I listen to everything, music from all countries. I have to change the musicality from time to time to keep the balance. Sometimes music from a culture very far from mine suits me even better. Not a writing day goes by without me listening to music. This is how I can concentrate. The nominal Septen accompanies me almost every day. I have been starting for more than two months or less perhaps with the “Dènye jou”, often in the middle, i.e. after the intro, the new part. I pick it up more than once before it even ends. This is what I did when I listened to the Septen version yesterday. I work, not just any work, I philosophize, which requires great concentration, with my matlort, now my ex-matlort, far from the thought of matlortay. It’s to say how much I am at peace with myself. The orchestra is no longer the bother. Quite simply, I take it, the orchestra, for itself, without associating it with another, whatever the name. If the name is transparent, it shows these young people in the orchestra. It doesn't go beyond and there is no beyond. I appreciate what is in front of me, here and now. I don't see the Septen of yesterday but that of today, with another musical content, its own content. There, right now, I am writing these lines to the music of “Dènye jou” from today’s Septen. You should not think that this is done on purpose. No, not at all but out of habit! In my head, it’s a new composition and a new orchestra. Sometimes, when I'm not writing and I'm listening to music, I dream about the music of “Dènye jou”, the music of today. She is beautiful music, independent music. I'm lucky to come across this version on the first try because there are several. I listened to a few of them. I'm quite happy with that one. It is to my taste and it suits me.
The replacement of one orchestra by another
No, this is not happening. Any orchestra, like many other things, is irreplaceable because it is unique. The Septen of yesterday is and remains what it was. His personality is irrevocable and non-transferable. The orchestra is a sound, often even a face, a habit, all of which belongs exclusively to it. Today's Septen is also unique, he has his specific personality, his voice, his sound, his face, his habit. We will not talk about it as we talk about the other since it is a question of two distinct entities. Therefore one cannot replace the other. Each of them follows its own path, one in our head, such is the case of yesterday's Septen, the other on dry land, and this is today's Septen. The two paths are parallel. You have to get used to it.
Any work of art, of whatever form and nature whatsoever, presented to the population, is considered finished and it cannot, in any case and under any pretext, be modified because, integrated into people, it joins their organizational life, the community, and their singularity, that of each person. One of the aspects of the function of His Majesty the Prince or the Princess (the Emperor or the Empress) consists of protecting, I say, protecting, not appropriating - in the manner of the concepts of natural human rights and the rule of law, through the democracy, which resulted -, the life, immediately ofowu and organizational, of each member of the Empire of AYITI inside as well as outside. Any modification causes an imbalance in the life of the mun concerned and, therefore, is a serious attack on the badral, organizational life. However, if, for one reason or another, the artist detects dissatisfaction, even before the population is informed (of the presence of the work), a matter of days only, not months or weeks, he or she can withdraw it for correction or adjustment and return to the population after that. After the artist's withdrawal or disappearance, no change is possible and the work is the non-physical possession of the People-State.
As for the vindictiveness that is attached to the law, it must be flexible, not severe. The form that is suitable for it will be decided at the appropriate time by the three pillars of the Eternal Empire of AYITI, the Neighborhood Committee, the General Management and the Principate. This was decided to test the unity of the People-State and the fact that they are the first to be affected by the offense.
The importance of the Eternal Empire of AYITI
We have just dealt with a question of Dessalinian importance. It’s the way everyone, at the moment, behaves towards each other. It is not congruent because it is not to the advantage of the producer, as well as the a priori beneficiary, i.e. the population. Everything is done to favor the third party, the very one who is supposed to be the guarantor of continuity. Our natural enemy has infiltrated it to also destroy this aspect of our life, which counts a lot in the popular psychic balance, something that we succeed very well. Deprived of the help of specialists in the field, it comes rain or shine. His teaching is rigged, it is made to give priority to the kuku self at the expense of others, i.e. maintaining the antinomy and even maximizing it between us, which results in the impossibility of agreeing on anything and, for its part, the ease of establishing its reign over us, therefore enslaving us. The agents of whiteness are there to support him in his lethal objective. These agents are real killers. They organize killings everywhere, in all places. This is what we are currently witnessing. We will succeed in stopping it. We are, all of us, equipped with the Eternal Empire of AYITI, the only salutary teaching that there is. There are no other ways of being in the world that are thought of and put into action in the full interest of all, without superficial nuances, that is to say a peaceful life, of good understanding. The Empire of AYITI is erected for this purpose. Let us read together the founding objective: “Considering that after a long series of misfortunes and vicissitudes, it is appropriate to ensure the guarantee and security of citizens in an immutable and irrevocable manner, and that the surest means of achieving this goal is to award to the only leader capable of representing and governing the nation with dignity, an august and sacred title which concentrates in him the forces of the State, which disposes of it externally and which is within it. the guarantee of tranquility.” The Letter of appointment of Jean Jacques Dessalines as Emperor of AYITI, January 25, 1804, just a few days after the installation of the government on January 1 of the same year. The documents are published in the Decrees which immediately precede this one. An Eternal Mission is necessarily granted to the Eternal Empire of AYITI, it is even the reason for its Erection and Jean Jacques Dessalines is its foundation, the one to whom the Work is entrusted. It is based on what he is, what he has done, in the sense of achieving. Wanting the destruction of the Eternal Empire of AYITI - which is nonsense because what is eternal is therefore endless, indestructible - amounts to rejecting “tranquility”, “the guarantee and safety of citizens”, in other words, giving preference to antinomy, violence, to lethal disorder, which we are currently witnessing. They, our natural enemy (collective term), only want a state of destruction, nothing else, evil, violence in everything and everywhere. However, Jean Jacques Dessalines, Invincible General and Eternal Emperor of AYITI, affirms: “Since you have judged that it was in the interest of the State that I accept the rank to which you elevate me, by imposing this new burden on me, I do not contract any new obligation towards my country; for a long time I have made all the sacrifices to it. But I feel a greater, holier duty binds me; I feel, I say, that I must quickly lead our undertaken to its goal, by wise laws, indulgent for our morals”, “In Dessalines, February 15, 1804, Year 1 of independence, signed: Dessalines The “goal” of the “enterprise” in question is the Erection of the Empire of AYITI Then, he, Jean Jacques Dessalines, promises to “make that each citizen walks in freedom without harming the rights of others”, The Eternal Emperor. d’AYITI later maintains: ““Blacks and yellows, which the refined duplicity of Europeans has sought for so long to divide, you who today are only one whole, only one family… Maintain this precious concord, this happy harmony among you; it is the guarantee of your happiness, your salvation, your success; it is the secret of being invincible”, Jean Jacques Dessalines, April 28, 1804. The Eternal Empire of AYITI guarantees to all, then each, the means necessary for its accomplishment without resorting to the destruction of others in its favor. It is not democracy, a destructive institution, but Self who acts within Self in the interest of all, each and every one. No one is neglected and cannot be neglected either. The Ayitian Imperial System is the ONLY one that is congruent. Our Ancestors, through Jean Jacques Dessalines, reached the culmination of Organizationalism, an existential mode of being, that is to say consistent with what we really are. Jean Jacques Dessalines, an outstanding scholar in this field, expressed it even before its realization: “If a few considerations justify in my eyes the august title that your confidence bestows on me, it is my zeal, without doubt, to watch over the salvation of the Empire, it is my desire to consolidate our enterprise, an enterprise which will give of us, to the nations least friends of freedom, not the opinion of a mass of slaves, but that of men who predilect their independence to the prejudices of this consideration which the powers never grant to peoples who, like you, are partisans of their own freedom", the response to his appointment as Emperor of AYITI, on February 15, 1804. What must be understood in these words is that our natural enemy affirms that we are "slaves" and that a "slave" is one whose superior faculties are less, or even non-existent, and that, therefore, he or she cannot produce anything, except nonsense, well the Eternal Empire of AYITI that I am going to erect will give the necessary proofs that we have nothing in common with your mental or mental construction. Jean Jacques Dessalines Plus Que Grand already highlights the inestimable grandeur of his Work, the Eternal Empire of AYITI. How can we not enjoy, abundantly, before the full awareness of our Ancestors of their Infinite Capacities and the Immensity of their Greatness! I, His Majesty Prince Weber Tiécoura Dessalines-D'Orléans Charles Jean Baptiste, 7th of the Generation of Jean Jacques Dessalines, invite you, for good understanding, tranquility and eternal security, to become acquainted with the Form and Substance of the Eternal Empire of AYITI, your Essence in the world, to carry out the Task incumbent upon us:
B
Deliverance and Ancestry Through Ancestry, Jean-Jacques Dessalines established the Eternal Empire of Haiti to bring deliverance to planet Earth. Amidst the turmoil and chaos, he created the framework for the revitalization of the community, which is as follows:
The System That Saves
Let's talk about the structure of the Eternal Empire of AYITI and its mode of production! In short, this is what gives the Empire of AYITI its infinite charm. One might wonder where this structure and mode of production come from. Since Jean-Jacques Dessalines is responsible for everything, one might think he is the originator of these two pillars of collective life. We would be mistaken if this were the case. Jean-Jacques Dessalines is, indeed, the Father of the Eternal Empire of AYITI, but he is not the originator of its structure and production. In that case, who is authorized to do all this? No one! What is at the foundation of the Imperial Order is the concept of who we are, namely, unity. If we must link August 14, 1791, to November 29, 1803, the point of convergence or continuity is the following statement: “Let us listen to the Voice speaking to us within ourselves.” This Voice, as we have already said, is our Essence, that which makes us who we are. Have we noticed that “the Voice” is one (yun) and that it says the same thing within a plurality of unity (mun)? This is our Substance, that which makes us who we are, the MUN. This is an ancestral teaching. Everywhere on Earth, the same approach is used, even by the slave owner when he speaks of man and the natural rights of man. There is always a first point or a starting point. However, there is a difference. It explains why collective lives are opposed to one another. Here is our definition of the Voice; it is a unity whose mode of action is Ubuntu. What must be understood here is that this concerns the content of the Voice. Relying upon itself, the Voice dictates what must be done. The Being, if it is X, must act in X. In short, our Being teaches us what to do, the proper way to function. Our Ancestors were powerful, powerful indeed, in terms of knowledge—not just any kind, but Dqmbala knowledge, that is to say, true knowledge. Herein lies the point of difference between self-knowledge, our Self, the MUN, and the self-conception of other peoples, a conception that underpins their respective ways of life. Our Ancestors gained access to a precise knowledge, Dqmbala, of our Being and Our Ancestors made it the foundation of our life together called here the Empire of AYITI. Wasn't it Jean-Jacques Dessalines who wrote the following: “It is undoubtedly my zeal to watch over the salvation of the Empire, it is my will to consolidate our enterprise, an enterprise that will give the nations least friendly to liberty, not the opinion of a mass of slaves, but that of men who cherish their independence,” “To Dessalines, February 15, 1804.” The term “liberty,” as used here, means Gwqmunicipality, that of “man,” obviously MUN, that of “independent,” Gwqmunicipality. Jean-Jacques Dessalines resorts to our Communal Substance to say who we are and what our behavior should be as such. It is our Communal Essence that is at the origin of the structure and mode of production of the Eternal Empire of AYITI. That is why the Empire of AYITI is you. And we, through and through. So let's be ready to make it work!
The Imperial Structure
We are ubuntu, fundamentally Yun and fundamentally connected to unity because each and every one of us is inseparable from others. There is nothing more beautiful than this formula. There is a very important word here: our unity is explained by our interdependence. Interdependence is our massive bond, the knot of our unity. To know oneself is to be in the mind of unity. If we focus on ourselves, we are necessarily absorbed by unity. Then we act only for unity; in other words, only unity matters. We are Yun, certainly, but there is a multitude. By acting for unity, the multitude is revealed, on this level, as worthless. Our singularity is the arm of unity. Each and every one of us acts in the mind of unity. For unity, Ubuntu is the nature of such action. The Munal is this unity that manifests itself through Ubuntu.
Everything we have just seen concerns the Mun, our Being, what we are. The Empire of AYITI is the Being that we are. It reveals it in the sensible world. The Empire of AYITI is Us, the Mun; in other words, the Empire of AYITI and We, the Mun, are One. Thus, the Empire of AYITI is unity: “Article 14. Any discrimination based on color among the children of one and the same family, of which the Head of State is the father, must necessarily cease…”. This comes from the Constitution, of which Jean-Jacques Dessalines is the author. If the Empire of AYITI is unity like the Mun, it is Ubuntu. They are one and the same thing.
There is more. Ubuntu and hierarchy are mutually exclusive. Thus, fatherhood, as it is understood here, is opposed to the concept of authority, as it is practiced in politics. Indeed, when one lives in a political organization, one loses control of one's life. It is a representative who dictates our conduct. He is the authority. This authority has the right of life and death over the one it represents. The authority, to harm or kill you, can conspire against you to get you; it can even take your life. Whereas Imperial Authority signifies responsibility for the well-being of the citizen, giving them what they need by providing the means, caring for their success, putting oneself aside to give them first place, putting oneself second, etc. “I sacrificed everything,” said Jean-Jacques Dessalines, “to rush to your defense: relatives, children, fortune, and now I am rich only in your freedom.” And it is not: “I watched, I fought, sometimes alone,” continues Jean-Jacques Dessalines; all this is not without significance: “In fighting for your freedom, I worked for my own happiness.” There is nothing more delightful, a true pleasure for our capacity for knowledge. Jean-Jacques Dessalines finds himself in them, in their object of interest. Jean-Jacques Dessalines's sense of service, which stemmed from the essence of the commune, "the Voice that speaks to us from within," that is, interdependence, which cannot exist without mutual assistance, is the origin of the title of Emperor of Haiti, an empire yet to be built, conferred upon him: "Well convinced, by new experience and by the history of nations, that a people can only be properly governed by one man, and that he who, through his services, his influence, and his talents, has been able to raise the edifice of our independence and our liberty, deserves preference," Letter of Appointment, Port-au-Prince, January 25, 1804. What is implied here is that he is asked to adopt the same attitude. This is what the people need. He alone is capable of providing it. Jean-Jacques Dessalines follows the same path: “A sovereign whose glory resides in that of his country, whose sole purpose is the interests and prosperity of those from whom he derives his power” (Laws and Reign of Jean-Jacques Dessalines, p. 43, speech, April 12, 1805). It is the same trajectory. His Majesty draws his glory from the glory of his country, and the interests of the people are his own. There is no deviation from the path followed by His Majesty Jacques I. He is unwavering. Why does he do this? He knows he is not physically eternal: “Let other leaders, after me, dig their own graves and those of their kind, by following a course diametrically opposed to mine, (...) but may my successors follow the path I have laid out for them! This is the system best suited to consolidating their power: it is the most worthy tribute they can pay to my memory. Dessalines, April 28, 1804, Cap-Haïtien (Ayti).” Jean Jacques Dessalines wrote a system of Imperial Authority not for himself but for those who would come after him. Let us not forget that the Empire of Haiti is eternal!
The Imperial Authority conceived by the Infinitely Great Scholar in this field, Jean Jacques Dessalines, the son of Elisabeth raised by Agbawaya Toya, is befitting the Father of a massively powerful and indestructible family. The Imperial Authority should not be viewed through the lens of a cultural family. It is unique.
Today's Model
The structure of the Eternal Empire of AYITI is and remains the same. October 17, 1806, halted the forward momentum of the sentient Being of the communal being, which, as we all know, is the Empire of AYITI. However, nothing, in any form whatsoever, can alter the external Way of our Body because it is the reflection of our substance. We are meant to be active, with the aim of illuminating Life through our activity. We should not be surprised that many of us, worn down by so many setbacks, want to remain passive, despite being deeply dissatisfied with our lifelong situation, because we no longer believe in anything. This must not happen. We have built the space that is rightfully ours; we cannot flee from it, abandon it, to our own detriment.
Elements of the Structure
Our structure comprises three elements: the Principality, the General Directorate (DG), and the Neighborhood Committee (CQ). These elements are not hierarchical in order. They represent complementary tasks, much like a relationship within a unit.
The Principality houses the Imperiality, that is, the reigning Emperor and Empress, under the titles of The Prince and The Princess. The use of the terms Emperor and Empress is reserved for His Majesty Jacques I, Jacques II, and Empress Claire Heureuse. It is permissible to use them occasionally, but not constantly.
Following this comes the entire Family of His Majesty the Invincible General and Eternal Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines.
To this must be added all those who receive the title of Municipalities, a title awarded to all those who work tirelessly for the Glory and active Maintenance of the Empire of AYTI;
The Principality temporarily welcomes members of the Empire of AYTI who have advanced or relevant training in Ancestry and other areas of expertise in the daily activities of the Empire of AYTI;
the previous population is not selected but offers its services for a limited time in order to allow everyone the fortunate opportunity to serve the Eternal Empire of AYITI, their own body, and thus to serve themselves: the preferred method of acceptance is first come, first served;
Their work consists of analyzing the conformity of Imperial Population projects approved by the General Directorate (DG) to Ancestry, before returning them to the relevant Neighborhood Committee (C-Q);
The work of the Prince or Princess is unique in that it is more extensive.
The General Directorate (DG)
This body receives all activity projects for the Empire of AYTI; it assesses their feasibility; it has a management committee and as many departments as it has areas of activity; each department is assisted by a committee, which collaborates with the management committee; there is a team of evaluators who review all the work of the body, not on the substance but on the form; the substance falls under the jurisdiction of the management committee; at the end of the review of each project, the management committee forwards the results to the Principality. The same process applies to hiring;
The Neighborhood Committee
The Neighborhood Committee is the foundation of the Imperial Administration. As His Majesty Jacques I stated, it is its strength, the source of the Glory of the Empire of Haiti. Almost everything passes through it; the Empire exists by and to carry out the Will of the People, the People-State, that is to say, the self-governing people; the nuance can only be grasped by the Great B¼nqy (capacity to calculate), who, through an appetite for knowledge, the Dqmbala, have developed mastery of the subject, politics; everything lies in the Will, the fundamental and objective; this is only possible as follows: indeed, a street is divided into Neighborhood Committees; no number is assigned to them, everything depends on the number of people who live there; The Neighborhood Committee, to be effective in the art of self-governance, must have around a thousand members so that everyone can speak during one or more working sessions; if the street is sparsely populated, others are added to reach the required number; the audience room is the salon of the Imperial People, the People-State, everyone has access to it naturally; there is a management committee to organize the organization; the procedure is the same as at the top, namely that one submits one's services according to one's skills and first come, first served, first served; the organization is done according to the objective pursued; there, the Badr, members of the Imperial People, come to submit their life projects, that is to say what they want to do to live and live well as what they want to see in the Empire of AYITI; one person who has always dreamed of having a business, another who would like to be a farmer, another a doctor, etc.; Even the construction of a bridge in such and such a place, a school, a hospital, an irrigation source in such and such a corner for agriculture, a specific activity that we want to integrate or develop in the Empire of AYTI; activities of all kinds in the Empire of AYITI begin here, in the Neighborhood Committee; the initial ideas come from here; even if we don't have a penny, the life project begins to take shape here; we draw up the plan here, if necessary, together; the Neighborhood Committee provides the General Directorate with its members; security is the responsibility of the Neighborhood Committee, there is nothing closer; they can form several Neighborhood Committees; they are responsible for what is on the Territory, below the Territory and above the Territory; they will work in collaboration with the General Directorate; we exist in the Neighborhood Committee; here we don't talk about work or employment but about life activity projects and the maintenance of the Empire of AYTI; The job of the General Directorate is to make possible the proposals and business plans that come to it from the Neighborhood Committees; the projects are received as is, without sorting; the activities of the Empire of AYITI start with the projects and officials that the Neighborhood Committees send to the General Directorate and subsequently operate at full capacity through the work of the General Directorate Sn the received item, which work extends to the Principality through verification; the Neighborhood Committee, in short, sets the Empire in motion; an academic course on the art of calculation, that is to say, reasoning, is necessary to teach the Badr to do things well in order to maximize their chances of success in the art of leadership; the further it goes, the better it progresses; a person who has always wanted to turn their back on misery, this is where it begins; a person who has always wanted to wear a new pair of shoes, this is where the means are developed; a member who has always dreamed of..., the Neighborhood Committee concept was designed for you; the future, your future, is in your hands;
Production
According to the concept of the Empire of Ayiti, an Ubuntu Being, production cannot be of a liberal, capitalist type, as Hobbes, the English philosopher, suggests. This kind of production system requires an individualistic conception of self to achieve the domination of the other. Nor can the production of the Empire of Toya-Dessalines be of a socialist type because the conception of self is the same: the natural right of man, which is reduced to the individual, and it necessarily involves domination, but here, through authority. In both cases, it is a matter of enslavement through state domination, and it is twofold in the liberal system: the people who possess against those who do not. The communal Being is outside these two enslaving frameworks. By its Ubuntu Essence, no communal being can take advantage of another, neither through command nor through production. We have seen above the system of conduct. We lead ourselves. It's exactly the same for production. Everyone produces for themselves. No one is dependent on others, like an employee. To prevent this from happening, he declared that "everything we have earned will be distributed to everyone indiscriminately." This is not a gift. It is done within the framework of a system, as we saw earlier. In the Constitution of the Eternal Empire of Haiti, promulgated in Dessalines, the capital, on May 20, 1805, he stated: "Article 8.
Haitian citizenship is suspended in the event of bankruptcy." This implies that in business, every Haitian citizen, male or female, must succeed. The logic is that what you have, you may not get a second chance at. So make sure you don't miss your opportunity; we don't joke about these things. Since we hope that everything will be alright and that there might not be another time, the children will obtain from you: “Article 10.
Fathers and mothers are not granted the right to disinherit their children.” This way, everyone's future is secure.
We are witnessing the same thing in the Neighborhood Committees. When people come to plan their future, they work on the assets and resources that all belong to them, according to His Majesty the Eternal Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines, their Father to all of us, and for some, he is doubly so, by their chromosomes and the unity of the Eternal Empire of Haiti. Once is more than enough. Everything that the Imperial Territory possesses will be shared with all the Badr family without distinction. This is the means by which they will go into business under the same conditions expressed in the Constitution. It's worth remembering, there is only one.
Is there anything to say about this? We must emphasize two points. First, there will be all sorts of activities. The people are the originators of their Korbic activities. Everything they earn belongs to them and them alone. Of course, they set aside a portion to contribute to the Empire of AYITI for shared expenses. They decide the amount to contribute, certainly based on their profits, because nothing is imposed on them in terms of quantity. They co-manage, so they know the costs. The key takeaway here is that the Badr are in control of their activities and their fruits.
The second point is just as interesting as the first. Many might say that if no one works for anyone else, everything is blocked. Wrong! Where an activity requires more than one mun, depending on the number, there is a choice: they work in pairs, one mun joining them. If more are needed, they move to trios, quartets, and so on. There are several municipalities involved in the work, but no municipality is an employee of another. We are partners.
We would like to briefly mention another point. It may not be possible to start a business due to the cost, even though this activity already exists. The Empire of AYTI is buying shares. This will not decrease profits. Quite the opposite. Consumption capacity increases; it can multiply tenfold, up to a hundredfold, and even more.
One thing is certain: the capacity of our Territory in goods and resources is phenomenal. There is enough for everyone. We will never again see this evil that has reigned before our eyes for so long.
All that we have just seen is only a glimpse. I recommend reading the book:
