AYIBOBO!
A
On this undeniably unparalleled day, the son of Elisabeth, raised by Agbawaya Toya, Jean-Jacques Dessalines, upon the foundation of Royal Ancestry, entered the unique world of Ancestral Royalty by establishing in the tangible world the Empire of Haiti, Our Muc, the Highest Distinction there is, a place of Salvation for all on this earth.
What constitutes the Distinguished Charm and the Unparalleled Excellence of this Colossal Work is its W?nbadrale Value, what we can call “universal,” in simpler terms. Our God, Good God, because He is the Producer of all Things, for the Manifestation of His Presence, and the Initial Mbwa of the Continuous Movement in which they are infinitely perpetuated, is the Meaning of Life that He Is. In this sense, Life, which is of all Divinity, revolves upon Itself, and outside of Itself, nothing exists. Each of Things, which are necessarily Life, since they are all in It, Life, revolves upon itself, nourishing itself, which is the Full Satisfaction of Life.
Thus, Our God, Good God, by definition Full of Himself, cannot torture, degrade, deprive of necessities, strip, etc., for any purpose whatsoever. The Realm of AYITI is His Will and, consequently, it is the Instrument that allows things, whatever their Individuality, to maintain themselves. It came into the world of the senses by Divine Decrees, its necessity.
Whatever one does, the Realm of AYITI, Product of the Decrees of Our God, Good God, is eternal. The Empire of Haiti is invincible because it exists only in Jean-Jacques Dessalines, for his works, because this happens only once, because Jean-Jacques Dessalines himself appoints his successor, who will also be chosen for their works, because his children are recognized by the Emperor, because the children, by this act, also bear the power of the Emperor's title, the power of the State, because the army cannot strike it, because the Empire of Haiti has the eternal vocation to ensure the security of the Imperial People, because...
Here, briefly, is how it all began:
“We, the generals of the Army of Haiti, desiring to consecrate, by a solemn act, the vow of our hearts, and to respond to the strongly expressed will of the people of Haiti, convinced that the supreme authority desires no division, and that the interest of the country requires that the The reins of government should be placed in the hands of the one who commands the trust, affection, and love of his fellow citizens.
"We are firmly convinced, through recent experience and the history of nations, that a people can only be properly governed by one leader, and that this leader deserves preference, for through his service, influence, and talents, he has been able to build the foundations of our independence and freedom."
“Considering that, after a long series of misfortunes and vicissitudes, it is necessary to ensure the security and safety of citizens in an immutable and irrevocable manner, and that the surest way to achieve this goal is to bestow upon the only leader capable of representing and governing the nation worthily, an august and sacred title that concentrates within him the forces of the State, that commands them externally, and that is at home the guarantee of tranquility.
“Considering that the title of Governor General bestowed upon Citizen J. J. Dessalines does not satisfactorily fulfill the general desire, since it presupposes a secondary power, dependent on a foreign authority whose yoke we have forever shaken off.
“Without further regard for the constant and obstinate refusal of Citizen Jean Jacques Dessalines to accept the power that the people and the Army delegated to him from the time our independence was proclaimed, since this refusal thwarts the interests, the will, and the happiness of this country, we confer upon said Citizen Jean Jacques Dessalines the title of Emperor of Haiti and the right to choose and appoint his successor.
“We desire that this free expression of our hearts, already prompted by the people, be submitted for their approval as soon as possible and receive its prompt and complete execution by a decree of the people, who will be convened in extraordinary session for this purpose.

“To Dessalines, February 15, 1804,
Year 1 of Independence
The Governor General of Haiti,
to the Generals of the Army and to the Civil and Military Authorities, Representatives of the People
Citizens
“If any considerations justify in my eyes the august title that your confidence bestows upon me, it is undoubtedly my zeal in safeguarding the safety of the Empire, and my determination to consolidate our enterprise, an enterprise that will give the nations least sympathetic to liberty not the opinion of us as a mass of slaves, but that of men who value their independence above all else, to the detriment of the consideration that the powers They never grant favors to peoples who, like you, are partisans of their own liberty, who have not needed to beg for foreign aid to shatter the idol to which we sacrifice. This idol, like Saturn, devoured its children, and we trampled it underfoot. But let us not erase these recent memories of our misfortunes imprinted on our souls; they will be powerful safeguards in the service of our enemies, and will protect us from any notion of indulgence toward them. If sober passions make ordinary men, half-measures halt the rapid march of revolutions.
“Since you have judged it to be in the interest of the State that I accept the rank to which you elevate me, imposing this new burden upon me, I contract no new obligation toward my country; I have long since made every sacrifice for it. But I feel a greater, more sacred duty binds me; I feel, I said, that I must swiftly guide our enterprise to its goal, through wise laws, lenient towards our customs, ensuring that every citizen walks in liberty without infringing upon the rights of others, without offending the authority that safeguards the happiness of all.
“By finally accepting this burden, as onerous as it is honorable, I am taking upon myself the sum of good and evil that will result from my administration. But do not forget that it is in the most turbulent times that you entrust me with the ship of state. I am a soldier; war has always been my lot, and as long as the relentlessness, barbarity, and avarice of our enemies bring them to our shores, I will justify your choice, and fighting at your head, I will prove that the title of your general will always be honorable to me. The rank to which you raise me teaches me that I have become the father of my fellow citizens, whose defender I was, but that the father of a family of warriors never lets the empire rest if he wishes to pass on his benevolence to his descendants and familiarize them with combat.
“It is to you, generals and soldiers, who will rise after me to the highest rank, that I address myself; Happy to be able to pass on my authority to those who shed their blood for the fatherland, I renounce, yes, I renounce the unjust practice of transferring my power to my family.
“I will never consider seniority when the qualities required to govern well are not found in the individual; often the mind that holds the burning fire of youth contributes more effectively to the happiness of its country than the cold and experienced mind of the old man who hesitates in moments when only rashness is appropriate. It is on these conditions that I am your superior; and woe to him who would bring to the steps of the throne any sentiments other than those of a father of a family.”

Deliverance and Ancestry
Through Ancestry, Jean-Jacques Dessalines established the Eternal Empire of Haiti to bring deliverance to planet Earth. Amidst the turmoil and chaos, he created the framework for the revitalization of the community, which is as follows:
The System That Saves
Let's talk about the structure of the Eternal Empire of AYITI and its mode of production! In short, this is what gives the Empire of AYITI its infinite charm. One might wonder where this structure and mode of production come from. Since Jean-Jacques Dessalines is responsible for everything, one might think he is the originator of these two pillars of collective life. We would be mistaken if this were the case. Jean-Jacques Dessalines is, indeed, the Father of the Eternal Empire of AYITI, but he is not the originator of its structure and production. In that case, who is authorized to do all this? No one! What is at the foundation of the Imperial Order is the concept of who we are, namely, unity. If we must link August 14, 1791, to November 29, 1803, the point of convergence or continuity is the following statement: “Let us listen to the Voice speaking to us within ourselves.” This Voice, as we have already said, is our Essence, that which makes us who we are. Have we noticed that “the Voice” is one (yun) and that it says the same thing within a plurality of unity (mun)? This is our Substance, that which makes us who we are, the MUN. This is an ancestral teaching. Everywhere on Earth, the same approach is used, even by the slave owner when he speaks of man and the natural rights of man. There is always a first point or a starting point. However, there is a difference. It explains why collective lives are opposed to one another. Here is our definition of the Voice; it is a unity whose mode of action is Ubuntu. What must be understood here is that this concerns the content of the Voice. Relying upon itself, the Voice dictates what must be done. The Being, if it is X, must act in X. In short, our Being teaches us what to do, the proper way to function. Our Ancestors were powerful, powerful indeed, in terms of knowledge—not just any kind, but Dqmbala knowledge, that is to say, true knowledge. Herein lies the point of difference between self-knowledge, our Self, the MUN, and the self-conception of other peoples, a conception that underpins their respective ways of life. Our Ancestors gained access to a precise knowledge, Dqmbala, of our Being and Our Ancestors made it the foundation of our life together called here the Empire of AYITI. Wasn't it Jean-Jacques Dessalines who wrote the following: “It is undoubtedly my zeal to watch over the salvation of the Empire, it is my will to consolidate our enterprise, an enterprise that will give the nations least friendly to liberty, not the opinion of a mass of slaves, but that of men who cherish their independence,” “To Dessalines, February 15, 1804.” The term “liberty,” as used here, means Gwqmunicipality, that of “man,” obviously MUN, that of “independent,” Gwqmunicipality. Jean-Jacques Dessalines resorts to our Communal Substance to say who we are and what our behavior should be as such. It is our Communal Essence that is at the origin of the structure and mode of production of the Eternal Empire of AYITI. That is why the Empire of AYITI is you. And we, through and through. So let's be ready to make it work!
The Imperial Structure
We are ubuntu, fundamentally Yun and fundamentally connected to unity because each and every one of us is inseparable from others. There is nothing more beautiful than this formula. There is a very important word here: our unity is explained by our interdependence. Interdependence is our massive bond, the knot of our unity. To know oneself is to be in the mind of unity. If we focus on ourselves, we are necessarily absorbed by unity. Then we act only for unity; in other words, only unity matters. We are Yun, certainly, but there is a multitude. By acting for unity, the multitude is revealed, on this level, as worthless. Our singularity is the arm of unity. Each and every one of us acts in the mind of unity. For unity, Ubuntu is the nature of such action. The Munal is this unity that manifests itself through Ubuntu.
Everything we have just seen concerns the Mun, our Being, what we are. The Empire of AYITI is the Being that we are. It reveals it in the sensible world. The Empire of AYITI is Us, the Mun; in other words, the Empire of AYITI and We, the Mun, are One. Thus, the Empire of AYITI is unity: “Article 14. Any discrimination based on color among the children of one and the same family, of which the Head of State is the father, must necessarily cease…”. This comes from the Constitution, of which Jean-Jacques Dessalines is the author. If the Empire of AYITI is unity like the Mun, it is Ubuntu. They are one and the same thing.
There is more. Ubuntu and hierarchy are mutually exclusive. Thus, fatherhood, as it is understood here, is opposed to the concept of authority, as it is practiced in politics. Indeed, when one lives in a political organization, one loses control of one's life. It is a representative who dictates our conduct. He is the authority. This authority has the right of life and death over the one it represents. The authority, to harm or kill you, can conspire against you to get you; it can even take your life. Whereas Imperial Authority signifies responsibility for the well-being of the citizen, giving them what they need by providing the means, caring for their success, putting oneself aside to give them first place, putting oneself second, etc. “I sacrificed everything,” said Jean-Jacques Dessalines, “to rush to your defense: relatives, children, fortune, and now I am rich only in your freedom.” And it is not: “I watched, I fought, sometimes alone,” continues Jean-Jacques Dessalines; all this is not without significance: “In fighting for your freedom, I worked for my own happiness.” There is nothing more delightful, a true pleasure for our capacity for knowledge. Jean-Jacques Dessalines finds himself in them, in their object of interest. Jean-Jacques Dessalines's sense of service, which stemmed from the essence of the commune, "the Voice that speaks to us from within," that is, interdependence, which cannot exist without mutual assistance, is the origin of the title of Emperor of Haiti, an empire yet to be built, conferred upon him: "Well convinced, by new experience and by the history of nations, that a people can only be properly governed by one man, and that he who, through his services, his influence, and his talents, has been able to raise the edifice of our independence and our liberty, deserves preference," Letter of Appointment, Port-au-Prince, January 25, 1804. What is implied here is that he is asked to adopt the same attitude. This is what the people need. He alone is capable of providing it. Jean-Jacques Dessalines follows the same path: “A sovereign whose glory resides in that of his country, whose sole purpose is the interests and prosperity of those from whom he derives his power” (Laws and Reign of Jean-Jacques Dessalines, p. 43, speech, April 12, 1805). It is the same trajectory. His Majesty draws his glory from the glory of his country, and the interests of the people are his own. There is no deviation from the path followed by His Majesty Jacques I. He is unwavering. Why does he do this? He knows he is not physically eternal: “Let other leaders, after me, dig their own graves and those of their kind, by following a course diametrically opposed to mine, (...) but may my successors follow the path I have laid out for them! This is the system best suited to consolidating their power: it is the most worthy tribute they can pay to my memory. Dessalines, April 28, 1804, Cap-Haïtien (Ayti).” Jean Jacques Dessalines wrote a system of Imperial Authority not for himself but for those who would come after him. Let us not forget that the Empire of Haiti is eternal!
The Imperial Authority conceived by the Infinitely Great Scholar in this field, Jean Jacques Dessalines, the son of Elisabeth raised by Agbawaya Toya, is befitting the Father of a massively powerful and indestructible family. The Imperial Authority should not be viewed through the lens of a cultural family. It is unique.
Today's Model
The structure of the Eternal Empire of AYITI is and remains the same. October 17, 1806, halted the forward momentum of the sentient Being of the communal being, which, as we all know, is the Empire of AYITI. However, nothing, in any form whatsoever, can alter the external Way of our Body because it is the reflection of our substance. We are meant to be active, with the aim of illuminating Life through our activity. We should not be surprised that many of us, worn down by so many setbacks, want to remain passive, despite being deeply dissatisfied with our lifelong situation, because we no longer believe in anything. This must not happen. We have built the space that is rightfully ours; we cannot flee from it, abandon it, to our own detriment.
Elements of the Structure
Our structure comprises three elements: the Principality, the General Directorate (DG), and the Neighborhood Committee (CQ). These elements are not hierarchical in order. They represent complementary tasks, much like a relationship within a unit.
The Principality houses the Imperiality, that is, the reigning Emperor and Empress, under the titles of The Prince and The Princess. The use of the terms Emperor and Empress is reserved for His Majesty Jacques I, Jacques II, and Empress Claire Heureuse. It is permissible to use them occasionally, but not constantly.
Following this comes the entire Family of His Majesty the Invincible General and Eternal Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines.
To this must be added all those who receive the title of Municipalities, a title awarded to all those who work tirelessly for the Glory and active Maintenance of the Empire of AYTI;
The Principality temporarily welcomes members of the Empire of AYTI who have advanced or relevant training in Ancestry and other areas of expertise in the daily activities of the Empire of AYTI;
the previous population is not selected but offers its services for a limited time in order to allow everyone the fortunate opportunity to serve the Eternal Empire of AYITI, their own body, and thus to serve themselves: the preferred method of acceptance is first come, first served;
Their work consists of analyzing the conformity of Imperial Population projects approved by the General Directorate (DG) to Ancestry, before returning them to the relevant Neighborhood Committee (C-Q);
The work of the Prince or Princess is unique in that it is more extensive.
The General Directorate (DG)
This body receives all activity projects for the Empire of AYTI; it assesses their feasibility; it has a management committee and as many departments as it has areas of activity; each department is assisted by a committee, which collaborates with the management committee; there is a team of evaluators who review all the work of the body, not on the substance but on the form; the substance falls under the jurisdiction of the management committee; at the end of the review of each project, the management committee forwards the results to the Principality. The same process applies to hiring;
The Neighborhood Committee
The Neighborhood Committee is the foundation of the Imperial Administration. As His Majesty Jacques I stated, it is its strength, the source of the Glory of the Empire of Haiti. Almost everything passes through it; the Empire exists by and to carry out the Will of the People, the People-State, that is to say, the self-governing people; the nuance can only be grasped by the Great B¼nqy (capacity to calculate), who, through an appetite for knowledge, the Dqmbala, have developed mastery of the subject, politics; everything lies in the Will, the fundamental and objective; this is only possible as follows: indeed, a street is divided into Neighborhood Committees; no number is assigned to them, everything depends on the number of people who live there; The Neighborhood Committee, to be effective in the art of self-governance, must have around a thousand members so that everyone can speak during one or more working sessions; if the street is sparsely populated, others are added to reach the required number; the audience room is the salon of the Imperial People, the People-State, everyone has access to it naturally; there is a management committee to organize the organization; the procedure is the same as at the top, namely that one submits one's services according to one's skills and first come, first served, first served; the organization is done according to the objective pursued; there, the Badr, members of the Imperial People, come to submit their life projects, that is to say what they want to do to live and live well as what they want to see in the Empire of AYITI; one person who has always dreamed of having a business, another who would like to be a farmer, another a doctor, etc.; Even the construction of a bridge in such and such a place, a school, a hospital, an irrigation source in such and such a corner for agriculture, a specific activity that we want to integrate or develop in the Empire of AYTI; activities of all kinds in the Empire of AYITI begin here, in the Neighborhood Committee; the initial ideas come from here; even if we don't have a penny, the life project begins to take shape here; we draw up the plan here, if necessary, together; the Neighborhood Committee provides the General Directorate with its members; security is the responsibility of the Neighborhood Committee, there is nothing closer; they can form several Neighborhood Committees; they are responsible for what is on the Territory, below the Territory and above the Territory; they will work in collaboration with the General Directorate; we exist in the Neighborhood Committee; here we don't talk about work or employment but about life activity projects and the maintenance of the Empire of AYTI; The job of the General Directorate is to make possible the proposals and business plans that come to it from the Neighborhood Committees; the projects are received as is, without sorting; the activities of the Empire of AYITI start with the projects and officials that the Neighborhood Committees send to the General Directorate and subsequently operate at full capacity through the work of the General Directorate Sn the received item, which work extends to the Principality through verification; the Neighborhood Committee, in short, sets the Empire in motion; an academic course on the art of calculation, that is to say, reasoning, is necessary to teach the Badr to do things well in order to maximize their chances of success in the art of leadership; the further it goes, the better it progresses; a person who has always wanted to turn their back on misery, this is where it begins; a person who has always wanted to wear a new pair of shoes, this is where the means are developed; a member who has always dreamed of..., the Neighborhood Committee concept was designed for you; the future, your future, is in your hands;
Production
According to the concept of the Empire of Ayiti, an Ubuntu Being, production cannot be of a liberal, capitalist type, as Hobbes, the English philosopher, suggests. This kind of production system requires an individualistic conception of self to achieve the domination of the other. Nor can the production of the Empire of Toya-Dessalines be of a socialist type because the conception of self is the same: the natural right of man, which is reduced to the individual, and it necessarily involves domination, but here, through authority. In both cases, it is a matter of enslavement through state domination, and it is twofold in the liberal system: the people who possess against those who do not. The communal Being is outside these two enslaving frameworks. By its Ubuntu Essence, no communal being can take advantage of another, neither through command nor through production. We have seen above the system of conduct. We lead ourselves. It's exactly the same for production. Everyone produces for themselves. No one is dependent on others, like an employee. To prevent this from happening, he declared that "everything we have earned will be distributed to everyone indiscriminately." This is not a gift. It is done within the framework of a system, as we saw earlier. In the Constitution of the Eternal Empire of Haiti, promulgated in Dessalines, the capital, on May 20, 1805, he stated: "Article 8.
Haitian citizenship is suspended in the event of bankruptcy." This implies that in business, every Haitian citizen, male or female, must succeed. The logic is that what you have, you may not get a second chance at. So make sure you don't miss your opportunity; we don't joke about these things. Since we hope that everything will be alright and that there might not be another time, the children will obtain from you: “Article 10.
Fathers and mothers are not granted the right to disinherit their children.” This way, everyone's future is secure.
We are witnessing the same thing in the Neighborhood Committees. When people come to plan their future, they work on the assets and resources that all belong to them, according to His Majesty the Eternal Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines, their Father to all of us, and for some, he is doubly so, by their chromosomes and the unity of the Eternal Empire of Haiti. Once is more than enough. Everything that the Imperial Territory possesses will be shared with all the Badr family without distinction. This is the means by which they will go into business under the same conditions expressed in the Constitution. It's worth remembering, there is only one.
Is there anything to say about this? We must emphasize two points. First, there will be all sorts of activities. The people are the originators of their Korbic activities. Everything they earn belongs to them and them alone. Of course, they set aside a portion to contribute to the Empire of AYITI for shared expenses. They decide the amount to contribute, certainly based on their profits, because nothing is imposed on them in terms of quantity. They co-manage, so they know the costs. The key takeaway here is that the Badr are in control of their activities and their fruits.
The second point is just as interesting as the first. Many might say that if no one works for anyone else, everything is blocked. Wrong! Where an activity requires more than one mun, depending on the number, there is a choice: they work in pairs, one mun joining them. If more are needed, they move to trios, quartets, and so on. There are several municipalities involved in the work, but no municipality is an employee of another. We are partners.
We would like to briefly mention another point. It may not be possible to start a business due to the cost, even though this activity already exists. The Empire of AYTI is buying shares. This will not decrease profits. Quite the opposite. Consumption capacity increases; it can multiply tenfold, up to a hundredfold, and even more.
One thing is certain: the capacity of our Territory in goods and resources is phenomenal. There is enough for everyone. We will never again see this evil that has reigned before our eyes for so long.
All that we have just seen is only a glimpse. I recommend reading the book:
